Amazing service and even better food.
Had reservations and had to wait a long time for hostess to show up. The wait area was packed and we were told to step back but there was no room. Several flies landing on tongs, and to be at different table and hostess said they have ac really bad problem with flies. Waitress started off rude but was nice right before check came. Definitely the opposite experience I had before...
Then hostess wasn't very friendly. Made us wait for almost 10 minutes to sit down and thebplace was empty and we got a reservation. Our karagge chicken portion came super little.
Awful service. Your employees just stand around and hang out with each other versus serving tables.

Great experience, as usual. The only thing I wish is that happy hour applied to the drinks on the weekends. It doesnât make sense why it doesnât.
It was our first time there! My family and I loved it and would definitely go back! I highly recommend the bip -n-bop(thatâs not the correct name or spelling) it was delicious m. We also grilled a variety of meats my only complaint is with the marinade the meat was bland. However the experience overshadowed the tasteless meat. Side note we did add some of the dipping sauces for flavor Shouts out to luiz our waiter he was very attentive :)
Iâve never been to this specific location before but not my first time at a Gyu. Absolutely love this place the food is always soooo good! Love the vibe and decor at this location too. Our waitress was a literal angel so kind, great service
Amazing food as also, everything came out fast AND fresh. Friendly service, and beautiful ambiance. Highly recommend for any occasion, really fun experience.
Justin was the best waiter we have ever had at this location. We have been here multiple times and the food is always amazing! This time the non-grilled food tasted extra fresh and crispy. Justin went above and beyond to cater to our wants. I highly recommend asking for Justin when coming to this location!
