Grabbed a bagel during a wait for a connecting flight in terminal one. They had a good selection of bagels, we chose a cheese and jalapeno one with cream cheese to share which in glad we did not bother with one each. The bagel was underwhelming and too bready, it needed toasting for longer, filling was decent and not short of but wasn't amazing.
My favorite bagel place to stop by at when I'm flying out of O'hare. It's gone down in quality these past few years but it's still pretty top.
Really rude service. They yell at you. Has no organization. You get in the line to order first then you have to go back outside to pay with a crabby cashier. Then come back inside cutting the line to get your order. The bagel was super hot and the sausage almost frozen. Would not recommend this place to anybody
Very friendly service. I got the chicken breast sandwich though and the bagel consumes most of it. The chicken was a little dry. Picture for reference of the chicken salad bagel. I won't be visiting again.
There was no line, which should have told me something! The bagel was mediocre at best. Don't stop here - keep walking. There are better options somewhere else, I can guarantee it. Even though there was no line, no one bothered to say "thank you" so I would suggest that you don't bother to stop here for food!
Rudest service I’ve ever experienced. It was around 5 on a Friday and apparently they were closing early and certainly had no time for me. Two stars since sandwich was ok.
Asked for a toasted bagel with smear n they microwaved it n barely put any cream cheese on.... overpriced too. Don't come here!
Good food and service. The one I went to is near gate B14. Friendly efficient service. Decent breakfast bagel w egg and sausage.
Woman working was exceptionally rude. I tried to order two different sandwiches and she was confrontational in conversation- either having a really bad day or just dislikes her job. I left after the ordering was fruitless. Can’t remember the last time I’ve run into service like this. Zero stars.
