When I asked for Turkey and Ham I was told 1 or the other not both? Sign clearly say 4.99 for double meat. I told the person mayo no mustard he gave me mustard no mayo! Lady was very unfriendly. ☹️

Basically walked away from the counter because the dude taking the orders was screaming at me. First I missed the sign saying they were out of something so I was treated like a toddler and asked to read the sign aloud. Then I asked for something else and they asked what bagel and I said "regular" and got screamed at for not saying "white". By this point I was already tired and upset so as the guy asked me to go repeat my order to the cashier I just walked off. Hope the jerk spent at least half an hour trying to figure out whose food he had made. I'm not going to sit and be treated like a child when I was being kind and apologizing for my mistakes and still getting berated.

Grabbed a bagel during a wait for a connecting flight in terminal one. They had a good selection of bagels, we chose a cheese and jalapeno one with cream cheese to share which in glad we did not bother with one each. The bagel was underwhelming and too bready, it needed toasting for longer, filling was decent and not short of but wasn't amazing.

My everything bagel was bland, soggy, and lukewarm. Very disappointing for a bagel company!

Wish I had read the review before buying! I got one of the cheapest things they had on the menu--a simple bagel with cream cheese. It was $5, but I was sooo hungry I just hoped it better be the best bagel I would ever have--WRONG. The bagels texture was weird, the cream cheese was sub par, and the bagel was lukewarm and not toasted. I am giving it 1 star because it was super fast, but that really doesn't matter because it was so dissapointing! Read the reviews, save yourself!!

Standing in line and the guy who at work now was digging in trash cans. He proceeded to handle food and did not wash his hands. I advised the female who was taking orders and he then washed his hands. Very unsanitary and not acceptable. Then I asked for bacon sunrise no cheese and still got cheese.

Fresh food and friendly service. A good stop for a quick bit. Try the Lox and cream cheese. Recommended.

I had a great experience. I'm vegan and this was the first restaurant I went that actually had written down all the ingredients in all the bagels, so I was able to see which one I could really eat. Besides that, they had almond milk as an option and very polite people! Thank you! (:

Great place for Bagels inside the airport, but it’s way too expensive. The bagels taste good. But I wish the customer service was good . The service person spoke so quick , but glad she listened to us properly . Other than that it’s a good try inside the airport , if you want a good food.

Great American Bagel Bakeries is a chain that really focuses on getting food out there. It isn't H&H, but it works.
