It was a wonderful service, I have been to Giordano's multiple times so I never doubted its taste. I never thought I could bring my pet and have dinner at this place. We did have outside seating but it was great. Food is great as always. The best deep dish Pizza
I had high expectations as it is the famous pizza in Chicago.We waited 30min to be seated, which was fine. But then we waited another 45+ min to get the pizza. Ans if you are coming from Europe, then you have tried better. But it is good if you want to take photo and share it on Instagram...
Heard about this place from friends who’ve visited Chicago and was told to check it out!! I’m so glad that we did! From the time we entered the restaurant we were greeted with smiling faces. Our waiter was so awesome and funny. We ordered the build your own small deep dish and it was more than enough for two. We both ate 1.5 slices and was able to take leftovers home. You gotta check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
An excellent place to have the famous deep dish pizza. Located just a couple of blocks off the Magnificent Mile. The portion size is huge, I recommend ordering the Small size for 2 to 3 people, it was a very large. Mind that you'll need to wait about 40 minutes to have the deep dish and thus if you have limited time you should opt for other options. Service was very kind and helpful. Nice ambiance and ample seating available indoors and outdoors
Can't even describe the food, because we walked out without ordering. There was no queue, so we were shown straight to a table. In hindsight, I wish I'd clocked when we sat down so I could accurately reflect how long we were waiting at our table, but it was long enough for me to go back to the hosts to check whether our order would be taken at our table or if we had misunderstood the ordering process, long enough for me to have caught two different servers' attention, on two occasions for one server, and long enough for my wife to ask for us to move to another table, where we might not be so invisible. On several of these encounters we were told our server would be right with us, but we watched two other tables come in, be seated, and have their orders taken, while we weren't even greeted at our table or offered a drink. So we walked out and went to Giordano's at Navy Pier where, despite having to wait for a table and not everything we wanted being available, Viktoria gave us really excellent service, and the food was great. I wouldn't even bother with Rush St and go straight to Navy Pier.
The restaurant was on a 10-15 minute wait so I sat at the bar and Angel was a fantastic server/bartender! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked if they had a lunch special and he said yes. I had an individual pepperoni pizza and salad for $10.95! Perfect size, I just pulled into town and was hungry for Giordano’s. Every time I go to Chicago I have to stop by and have some Chicago pizza!
Great deep dish pizza. So good we had to try this place again only to eat their other foods! The Wait time was never long, but was definitely worth it.

1st experience with deep dish pizza. Amazing!!! Asked to have it well done so the middle was not soggy. They delivered! Incredible. Pizza was amazing. 3 people sharing. Ordered medium,. Would order small next time. So filling and so good. Had a salad to start. So happy we experienced real Chicago deep dish pizza. Will most definitely have again.
The food here is SO GOOD! Best pizza I’ve ever had, cheese bread and mozzarella triangles were fantastic and their marinara sauce was delicious (I typically don’t like marinara.) my daughter is the pickiest eater ever and even she loved the pizza.
