First time visiting and would definitely go again! Love the menu and different options. Staff was friendly and super helpful. They seemed really busy and it was fun to watch them make the drinks while we waited. I got the jasmine green tea with lychee jellies at 25% sweetness. My sister got the passionfruit jasmine green tea at 50% sweetness. Similar to what I would order at Gongcha but with better flavor! Would love to try their other drinks in the future!
omg so good! was visiting Chicago and tried the strawberry matcha with oat milk (great if you're lactose intolerant). better than anything I've had in LA/San Gabriel. highly, highly recommended. will definitely visit again next time I'm in chi-town.
Just ordered milk teas. Love they used real tea leaves to make fresh tea, not like some other stores like to use tea powders. Only one thing was sugar level not allowed it cut according to the request.
Perfect little coffee shop! This was our first time here and of course we opted for a birthday cake latte. I also got a mocha with oat milk and both were spectacular. Not overly sweet, creamy, and made with beautiful latte art.During the pandemic there are 3 people allowed in at a time. Masks are required, of course, and all staff wear them as well. It's very clean and definitely has a "homey" feel. You will love coming here! Check it out if you haven't yet.
LOVED their drinks! I got the assam milk tea and my husband got the hojicha milk tea, and both were delicious. It’s a little pricier than your average boba place, but the drinks were well worth the price. You can really taste the tea in it, it doesn’t taste too milky. Can’t wait to go back to try their other menu options!
Love the tea!! Great service too! Definitely recommend! I got the Strawberry Match Tea with Golden Boba and will get again!
High quality of Boba. But imagine looking for a place to grab a boba and sit down to chat chit with your friend; then this is not the place. They only allow to order and pick up, not dining-in. And yes, definitely not an ideal place during the winter season here in Chicago. My friend and I had to buy boba in the store (cuz I love the handcrafted milk tea from this place), then find another store nearby, buy another stuff from them, just to get a seat for indoor dine-in.

This is my favorite bubble tea spot in Chicago. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. The drinks taste clean and not artificial like other tea places. They have a more sophisticated but delicious flavor. But the best feature are the bobas at Gathers, there isn’t any place in Chicago with better tapioca pearls. Can’t go wrong with this spot, would drink it everyday if I could.
Most definitely on my top 5 lists for favorite bubble tea place! I would say they have THE BEST boba I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and the teas are amazing!
