Really good coffee and pastries. Above all, the incredibly friendly and compassionate staff makes me a regular here. Jeremy is a careful worker and interacting with him always brightens my day.
My favorite little shop in Chicago. They have everything you need. Great selection of wine, food and goods. This place helps me keep up on trends. Now that I have moved I order items online. National shipping. Great for gifting… you’re welcome.
We ordered a box gift set to be delivered within a two hour window the following day for a celebratory event. 15 min before the delivery window was closing I noticed the order status of the gift still showed as being prepared. When contacting customer service, they advised the order was delayed because of supply chain issues (not shared at the time of order). They provided no details on when that would be resolved nor any information of when we could expect the delivery. It took several communications via an e-mail ticketing system to get answers and each time I requested they call me to talk live as I was at an event and could not keep checking my e-mail and provided my phone number each time. They ignored the request and they kept e-mailing instead. After an hour of going back and forth and requesting some money back they suddenly claimed they resolved all supply chain issues and had the order on its way and closed my ticket. When the order arrived a $25 item was still missing and NOT refunded! They also promised a $5 which also was never provided.

Good selection of items. However no one bothered to as if I needed help. I stood by the counter for a few minutes. There was no line. A group of younger people went in and were helped right away. I never have rated any place lower then 3 stars because I tend to give business the benefit of the doubt. Will not return

So happy we finally have a Foxtrot in Wicker!! My fiancé and I went for breakfast a week ago and the service is super great and quick!He had the breakfast tacos (really yummy, cheap, love the flour tortilla, fresh scrambled eggs & cheese! Very little meat though - just FYI - but for the price I think it’s okay!) & I had the PLT (prosciutto, lettuce tomato sandwich!) I’m here to tell u to order it!! You’ll have to wait a bit but it’s totally worth it!Can’t wait to come back this fall to do some homework for my Masters!
Vibe is cool. I like that they have local products. It’s nice that I can get booze delivered too. I feel like the snack product mix is really geared toward children? No chocolate bars over 40%. I also got an odd first impression where a promo code did work on a widely spread flyer. After getting that figured out, I ordered and they forgot half my order. I spent a lot of time chatting with customer service. The chat customer service was quick and helpful but still an odd overall first impression.
