HelloI stopped at this coffee shop for the first time about 9:00 am Saturday morning, for coffee and bagel. there was this black server was very rude to me. Didn’t even smile and her voice sounded like giving me an order. I’m my opinion zero customer service. Her name was Kelsey. The bagel and the coffee was great! Thanks
Not a great cappuccino. And they only do to go containers. Very unhappy with my experience.
Cozy Quiet place. Good for work! We ordered iced americano, and it was so good! The staffs here are very nice and welcoming! I asked them for a cup of ice and they were okay fine! I recommend it and will come back again for sure!
Waited in line patiently and when my turn came the server behind the counter took the customer behind me. Very sad. Just wanted a donut.
I stopped here for a little breakfast on Friday and had a cappuccino with a croissant. Both were very well done, and the portions were perfect for a morning meal. The seating was pleasant, and the service was prompt. It was a great location to grab a bit before getting on the train.
Pricing is off. I bought a wine that was listed for $12 and it rang up as $18 (yes, the same wine). They tried to fight me on it, saying it was a different one. They eventually gave it to me for $12.I got a cheese that said it was listed for $7, and sure enough, I get charged $8 for it. At this point, I don’t even care. I need to get back home. I miss the days when this Foxtrot didn’t have deceptive pricing. Walk the extra couple of blocks and get your household items somewhere that Foxtrot, the place that purposefully mislabels their items.

$10 for their generic store brand 1 pint ice cream says it all. They conveniently “forget” to put price tags on their most overpriced items. I won’t be turning.
Espresso is so bitter and acidic that I could not finish it. It tastes just like vinegar
Has so much potential! Great assortment of products to choose from. Even great in-house food. BUT Foxtrot never has a level of service. No one ever smiles , never a hello or even eye contact for acknowledgment . I spent over $50 on random snacks and not even a hello or thanks - just the total and I handed over the card ??\\u200d♂️ and I am not loyal to a specific location I will admit … and with such a neighborhood focused business I never overhear neighborly hellos or convos with other patrons in the store.
