I went to this one today, Same as Old Town. No one has set roles. Real nice girl that takes your order has to make your drinks and then stop making drinks whenever someone comes to register. Meanwhile two other employees are not helping. Second time at a Fox Trot and thought it was bad service.
I like how cute & convenient Foxtrot is, but the service can be really hit or miss. Orders can be incorrectly taken or made. 80% of the staff are super friendly, but some are pretty standoffish.
Okay coffee but it is open late! I wish they had decaf options for when I am there later in the afternoon and would love to see more consistency between baristas.

Nice place , it open until 10 pm which what I like the most , they have CBD coffee & food , tried the latte & it was great .
The baristas are kind, the place is clean, and i t’s a nice ambience to work windows but they do not have a bathroom so don’t expect to stay here past your bladder’s capacity ?
I ordered a latte and sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich. Pretty normal flow of customers, nothing crazy at all, and my sandwich took a good 45 minutes… I don’t review that much, but this was unacceptable, and thus deserves 2 stars.
They are setting themselves up as a cafe, but have no restroom. I bought a sandwich and coffee to have in their nice looking seating area, but wanted to use the restroom before eating, and was told the restroom is for employees only. For a coffee shop this is unacceptable. I had to take my food to go instead. I will not be coming back
My first time in a Fox Trot and LOVED it! They have a great variety of wine and spirits & the staff was exceptional! I was greeted by Nick the manager and he has such a passion for his business and the community! Plus their coffee is delish!
Disappointed in the guac. It was no bueno and tasted awful. As you can see it’s browning, but it was masked by herbs and peppers when I bought it. Kudos to the Chef hiding this through a blanket of cilantro. Safe to say I won’t be trying Fox Trot again. Be careful when purchasing their prepared food.
