A lovely new experience where we could customize our own bowl and they would grill the meat and add cheese to the bowl! The sauce selection is important as it is the key to the taste. They have enough sauces for you to try everytime you visit. Overall an interesting place and it got pretty busy after we got there. Very accessible by foot as well.
The food is great but the service can be better. You get to create your own bowl and what goes inside of it/on top of it. It’s a very unique experience and fun for tourists. Even though you get small bowl, pile on as much as you can! It’ll all go into a bigger bowl!$50-100 with drinks and tip.Lower rates without drinks.
It was really fun to build my own bowl. And it was so good! Make sure to add a lot of sauce, and don't pass up on the roti.
Owner/manager that night was really really nice. Our server explained the menu and everything really well. Everyone and atmosphere was very friendly and covid safe, and food was given at an appropriate time. Definitely would recommend coming to this place. We also did the make your own stir fry, and that was a very interesting and nice experience! Place was quite clean too :)
I took myself on a date today (Saturday)the food was just OK it taste like the Chef was rushing to cook our food because it was so busy. I was there around 5:30pm -7:10pm I ordered a Mojito which was horrible sent it back for a Heineken. Did not care for the bartender( not good with customer service) One of the managers African-American female was very helpful. Probably will not return prices are very high.
Being the first time eating at Flat Top Grill, we asked the wait person for help. She was happy to assist us took us through the full process. She explained how to select extras for our meals. Then, we went to the buffet center and filled up our bowls, Next, we gave our bowls to the chiefs and they added our extras and cook our dinner. Due to our excellent experience, we returned the next dinner with a group of 10.
This place used to be our go to place! The food is great and we LOVED the brownie dessert. We went yesterday for the first time in a few months and noticed changes. They charge for cheese, egg and bread when this all used to be included in the meal. After eating we order the brownie dessert. Once the brownie came out we knew it was different. We actually have pictures to look back on and see the difference. The taste was not as good either. The brownie used to be thick and warm with homemade whipped cream. What we got was a cold thin brownie with canned whipped cream. It was honestly very disappointing and once we left we said “well it’s been good flattop but we are going to find another place to be our go to spot”. Don’t get me wrong, food is good but with the new prices and cheap brownie dessert…and $10 worth of taxes added on…it’s not worth it anymore. Maybe it’s new management? Or they are trying to make up lost money from pandemic?
Great atmosphere and customer service! Love the fact that you are able to create your own stir fry style meal. From many fresh ingredients to choose from and sauces. Their mango ice tea is very refreshing. Have been coming to this location for many years. You are able to go for seconds for a fair price. They have a fair selection of beers and cocktails.
Get the BOGO meals as they’re a very good deal!
Their wine is very reasonably priced and their BOGO meals are a great deal!
