Decent food but customer service could be alot better
Turkey Burger was dry and didn't have any flavor. A waste of money. Food was cold upon delivery. My first and last time ordering from this restaurant. HORRIBLE !!
Ordered the 10 piece wings for 18.99 and all I got was wings from a Cornish hen. A newborn baby can eat these . Should have followed my first mind and went next door!
I love the grilled chicken salad. I order one about 3 days per week. The garlic chicken salad is to die for also. The entire menu looks delightful. Take my word for it! ??❤?
This place is an absolute joke. Super behind, super slow, super disorganized. No one here cares. Your order is almost guaranteed to be wrong the employees just don’t care
Very rude and disrespectful staff. The light skinned girl has a smart mouth and very unpleasant. I asked her a question and she has an attitude and didn’t wanna be at work. Sad and bad for business. I give this place 3 thumbs down.
i like the fries theyre crispy. lemonade is good like everyone saying. i gotta crispy philly cheese steak and it was very greasy and not crispy. i impulsed ordered and didn't look at reviews. looked at the reviews when i saw how greasy my cheesesteak was and immediately but that bih in the pan to try and get it crispy and to avoid food poisoning cause it did look suspect tbh. 2/5
Food's not bad, they just don't to pack sauce for some unknown reason. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with a ¼ oz of mild sauce.
Ms Jackie has the best customer service she always repeat the orders back and make sure everyone knows what the days special is and The Nigerian guy that cooks is one of the best cooks in chicago ,the restaurant is always clean they make sure you have fresh food AND ITS WELL DONE and all I have to say is that if you on 87 AT THE SHOPPING MALL Dont go anywhere else but firehouse you will not be disappointed I GIVE THE PLACE OVERALL 5 STARS ITS A TOPSHELF RESTAURANT ? ?
If you enjoy sub par food that will take years off your life, stop here and enjoy. If you enjoy a fast food experience that includes disgusting attitudes from staff and ZERO professionalism and customer service, this is the spot for you.I'm so thankful to only step foot in this waste of space to complete doordash orders.This place should be shut down for the lack of competent staff alone.
