I used to love the taste and customer service of this brand but this time was very disapointing because the burger was generally greassy but the meat was kind of dry and overcooked. Was a plain flavor, nothing special.It's a shame I remember very good meals here.The service was disgusting, the girl at the register was rude and she seemed upset all the time.Sorry Epic Burger, you have alot work to do with your team.
This was our first time at Epic Burger. From the start the girl at the register was not friendly. She seemed annoyed to be working. We ordered our food and found our after that they were out of ice. Our food came out before the milkshakes. That same girl made the shakes. She was also messing with her hair the whole time. Not good when you are dealing with food. Overall the food was good, but the service was not.
Truly the friendliest staff ever! We are in from Kentucky, they told us we wouldn’t regret it and we definitely did not! The 2 gentleman working (I wish I would’ve caught their names) were very accommodating. Thanks for a good meal!
Genuinely love this place! Great prices and good food! The honey hot chicken burger and pickles are ?? The prices are affordable and the onion rings are something you have to get!
Great tasting burgers. Meat is savory and edges get crispy. First time eating here and it did not disappoint. My kids loved the burgers and even said it was better than the golden arches.
BEST Epic Burger of them all! Wonderful counter help. Burgers and chicken was hot and so were the French fries! (Personal pet peeve...cold fries...but not here...they were so hot I couldn't bite them)!
I’m not a big fan of their chicken sandwich but the burger is solid.

The jalapeno cheese bomb was solidly the 2nd best burger I've ever eaten! It presented a well-balanced ratio of jalapeno flavor to heat. The lettuce and pickles were crisp and cold, the tomato was ripe, and the sauce was just enough to make the experience messy. That's a good thing in my book. It all tasted great without overpowering the patty itself. I consider myself "burger knowledgable" but I'll stop short of expert because anyone can self-proclaim to be an expert. I will, however, proclaim this epic burger a must try!
I would rate this place higher for the freshness of the burger patty. However, cashier Abigailvilla did not listen or comprehend my order. I came in after I saw the sign stating epic burger with the jalapeno and blue cheese. I ordered that specific burger and I received a regular burger. When I told the cashier that my order was incorrect and I order the burger on the pic outside. She replied rudely stating that they don't have blue cheese and that's not what I order. I wasn't in the mood to argue. However, I know I won't return.
