My Husband is from Chicago & we live in CA so I've been searching desperately to try & find some real authentic chi town popcorn. I came across Garrett's at first & it was so salty with no flavor. This popcorn though? This is the one! His family usually brings down popcorn when they come visit & this place is right on the money! We ordered the cheese popcorn & they were so generous in providing a sample which we loved as well. Thank you so much & i hope u guys stay in business forever lol! Were telling everyone about you guys & well definitely become regular customers. This place is affordable & delicious! 10stars!
This popcorn is sooo much better than Garrett's. Sorry Garrett's. Never thought I would ever get popcorn that comes close Garrett's, but this taste better! I do believe they are Black owned.
It had different flavors of popcorn. Its higher than Garrett's and smaller size bags, but they taste way better than Garrett's.
This by far is the Absolute BEST popcorn EVER!!! It stays fresh for weeks!! It addicting, don’t believe me, try it! The Cheesy Carmel is AMAZING, the Cheese is AMAZING, the Carmel is AMAZING…..Everything is AMAZING!!!
Only for "Real Lovers of Popcorn's. I have been a popcorn lover since "Oke Doke" yep Jays brand. However, Garrett's delicious. But, ENJOYACORN... Apsolutely Fabulous. Luv it.
I love the popcorn, it taste great & is always fresh. But the attitude of the person in front (manager/owner) is just terrible. I thought the first time maybe he was having a bad day. But this was my second time experiencing his rude attitude with not only me but another customer. I drove 35 mins to get the popcorn. And I can say I won’t be back. Attitude is everything!Customer service should be a priority. The popcorn taste great, but Two unpleasant experiences is enough for me.
Horrible customer service
I have been supporting this company when they were selling popcorn out of their cars. I try to support black owned business. However the cashier is unskilled with dealing with people and he is very rude. 1st when you are charging your customers when they use their credit card you should inform them that there is a charge. Then when you mess up the order you charge me again because I needed to pay extra. He blew my whole experience with driving a hour to support them Take some customer service classes PERIODICALLY.
I love this popcorn, customer service at one point had me to the point, I wasn't coming back, but I talked to the other owner about the heaviers guys nasty attitude, and he improved. I brought A LOT of customers to this great place, and I want them to succeed ?
The guy behind the counter has no people skills very dry low energy seems like he’s eaten the product… the pricing 9.00 for 9oz bag the taste is like the old garrets with that being said I’ll stick with garrets at least the people are pleasant the atmosphere makes you wanna spend your hard earned cash and you don’t pay for a large bag even though it’s Chgo # .07 for a plastic bag it’s snowing just a bad experience!
