Great location, peaceful environment tonight. Fish & chips were great as weâre the 2 Guinness pulled by barkeeper.
There was big party seated in front of us and they were so loud. My party member and myself couldn’t hear ourselves talk. The waitress only got our order then later came for the payment. We didn’t see much of her but the guy that brought our food out was really nice and even got us plates. Made sure the plate was secure on the table before he left. The waitress did ask how everything was but she was right behind the nice man that brought our food out. We couldn’t tell her if it was bad or good at that point. I had my card out after we had finished but waiting 20 minutes for her to take it for payment. I understand being busy but I don’t understand how or why it seemed like we were forgotten about. I hope it wasn’t because we didn’t buy alcohol. It was a Tuesday night. It didn’t seem that busy to me. If we come back I just hope the same waitress service won’t happen again. The food was good though.
