Food was great. Bartender was great. The only issue we had was a waiter who forgot about us when we were seated. After about 15 minutes, we had to ask another waiter to get him so we could order. Otherwise, happy with our experience.
This is a good place for a business lunch. I recommend it.
Great service. Very accommodating and friendly. Good food. We chose to sit outside due to favorable weather. That was the only downside. It become very hard to converse given the noise from the train.
Friendly and attentive server, great food, happy vibes. Just an all-around wonderful lunch experience. The fish and chips are perfection.
Nice selection of foods which were all tasty. Patio was loud because of the train overhead but it was part of the character
Dropped in off the street. Didn’t really know what this place was. Had a beer. The pie was quite delish and the side salad was just right.
Good Restaurant and good outdoor space to sit and enjoy awesome weather outside for Chicago Summer time.Their food was good, but I loved their green salad the most.I gave this place 2 stars because at first we got seated and no server showed up for about 20minutes, and I had to go by myself to ask someone to give us some service.Then, we ordered our food and it took about an hour to serve us our food.I got upset and went to talk at the end with one of the manager, and he didn’t seem to care a lot about our experience.
We had a great time here! Our server, Brandon, was awesome, attentive, and fixed the one minor issue we had promptly. Would absolutely recommend this place.
This was perfection. In a city where there has been an obvious struggle with getting good service and quality foodâ¦Elephant & Castle gets it right. Our server Daniel was awesome, attentive, fast, and knowledgeable. Our food arrived hot, in a timely fashion, and tasted great (Shepherds pie and Chicken Pot Pie). Go here and youâll appreciate the difference. Thank you Elephant and Castle!
