This place is right up the street from me, so I decided to give it a try. Glad I did because the food was really tasty and fresh. I had a steak jibarita (not to be confused with the jibarito) with arroz con gandules and it was a good portion of food for a good price. The waitress was nice as well! No complaints. Will be there again soon!

Great food, seafood great, sandwich great. I love this place.

The Fried chicken was properly cooked and seasoned. Tostones with garlic were crispy and tasty. Jibarito de Bistec was well constructed and kept its form to the last bite. The bistec was juicy and tender. Highly recommend to try these dishes. Our server was attentive and respectful

Working my way through the whole menu little by little.... everything hits the spot! Delicious food... our go to spot for Puerto Rican food! Hands down....

My wife had mofongo fried pork and I mofongo with octopus/shrimp salad. Our dinners werr flavorful, well-seasoned, nice and hot, freshly made, good portions--no skimping on the octopus, shirmp or meat, and we had leftovers for today. If you use the broth as a dip it's not because the mofongo is dry as can be the case in some restaurants. If you like your mofongo extra-garlicky though, order a side of the mojo used on the tostones. We split an order of flan, also a nice portion, light y sabroso. Excellent waitresses and service, clean (the bathrooms too!) One last thing worth mentioning, frituras are made with a particular filling, but we were told that if another is preferred, it would be made for us. I've only been to one other PR restaurant in the city that offers to do that.

Food fresh and appetizing! Had Mofongo with shrimp in creole sauce..Yum

Good, traditional food at a reasonable price. Good portions and tasty food. We got 4 meals and a side of tostones (A MUST). The pork was a large portion, but a little dry. The mofo go was great and my daughter had stuffed tostones with shrimp. Only a 4 because of the pork, but otherwise wonderful meals

The food is really good. But the neighborhood not so much. I'd rather door dash.

So far I’ve had a steak sandwich, a Cuban sandwich and an empanadilla. All of the food was amazing!
