WOW!! I exist in a bagel coma after this morning's amazing experience at Dearborn and Kinzie! I ordered using the app and arrived a few minutes early. A nice woman confirmed that my order was next to be fulfilled. And a super nice woman carefully packaged my bagels and spread, walking my bagels and super divinely hot coffee to me with zest and kindness. I felt like she appreciated my business. I surely appreciated her, and I hope that she knows it. And the bagels! Oh the bagels were DIVINE. My beautiful puppies also enjoyed licking the cream cheese from my fingers, lol. Service is slow and lagging. They don't have operations locked down and during rush hour it feels like delays should be expected.
Was busy when I was in there but the staff was as efficient as they could be with the rush. Bagels were great!
It was my 1st time at Einstein's, and I liked it a lot. I had a Texan Brisket with Garlic Beagle, the location has an excellent location (conveniently close to my chooses hotel ?) and a lot of inside space, it was barely crowded and device was as quick as you could expect. Restorooms were clean and staff was very attentive. In my opinion, the combination I chooses was a bit too dry ? but very tasty ?.
Worst location ever! Service is horrible and the food was not good either.
Ordered a latte and avocado bagel online. Turns out they didn't have espresso and gave a regular coffee instead of refund. Pretty sure avocado was expired, only took a bite.
Served us avocado that was clearly very old and tasted sour. Couldn't finish a single bite.
