Food Court Coffee & Tea Tacos

So you are going to a cafeteria or food court in the hospital or nearby the hospital. Would you expect a good food? Most don't. This one defies such an expectation and gives us a positive experience on your palate. You go in and you see various options ranging from pizza and sandwich to Nepalese food. Also there's fairly authentic Mexican option there too! So yes this is one hidden gem in the Illinois Medical District.

I went to the Mexican restaurant and the place is clean really nice people but the food was somewhat cold. Tortillas were reheated and I was able to tell because they get hard faster, meat is also somewhat reheated probably by the rime I got the more than twice. And most importantly food was given to me in less than 3minutes. Do not get it all wrong they do have great taste and flavor but was too cold and too fast served. Sad because this place has great flavor compared to places I've been.

We went to BREKKIE & BAKE SHOP. We ordered the SEC, Force of Nature, and Carpe Diem. The breakfast sandwiches were huge, messy, and delicious. One complaint. Their Espresso machine was broke and we were stuck with regular coffee, which we rectified later.

This is my go to place for lunch. They have several small eateries in here. They have pizza joint, a jerk spot, a bakery, and one of my favorite mexican eateries Jarabe. Yall should check out Jarabe, they make their own tortillas and chips daily. Also, they use corn from different places around the world. The chicken tinga tacos are the bomb!!!

yummy! This review is for Jarabe Mexican Street Food. The Tacos are delicious, fresh and the handmade tortillas make it worth every penny. Cochinita Pibil and the Birria de Res were tender with the right amount of crunch. Go easy on the hot sauce, it's ?fiery!

I appreciate food options when I simply cannot decide on what one item I want, and Dr. Murphy's Food Hall delivers on this every time. Maharani (Indian) is usually an easy choice for me, and I've enjoyed the momo stand (Nepalese) and the banh mi counter (Vietnamese). I still have to work my way around to the other stalls next (eg, plant-based empanadas, the bakery, Dimo's and the jerk restaurant).

Food is delicious! Greens my fav. Busy during lunch. Need more help. Rid tips and greens worth the wait!

A little bit culinary adventure, a whole lot airport food court. Not bad food. Not exciting food. Nothing adventurous, but then again nothing adventurous. Friendly but not welcoming. Clean but little ambiance. Fine for lunch, not for a date. (And very limited beverage selections)

I like their smoked chicken, it's usually served like at home with wonderful taste and smell. Last time I tried a banana pudding and from then it's my favorite dessert. I'm choosing time to come back

Great options. Weird service- maybe cause it was relatively empty. Worth a visit if you're in the area. Good taco place w aguas frescas. Good plant based empanada place. And a cool looking pizza place among other things. Paid street parking.
