Had a wonderful time. Everything was fresh and delicious. Diner was packed so if you want a less hectic crowd, try going during the weekdays. I got the french toast and it was perfect. The pancakes and toast came with a lot of maple butter. Personally, the pancakes and toast were already so soft and perfect that there was no need for the butter. Next time no butter for me ? Thanks for having us!

This is a unique spot very cozy private back room setting available and the food is excellent!!!! From the chicken and waffles to the Turkey club, we were visiting from New Jersey and the food and service was so good we had to go there 3 days in a row.... we really appreciate and enjoyed the service and the wonderful foodFYI. I never write reviews....

Dollop Diner is an excellent breakfast/brunch spot. We go it early and were seated immediately. The staff is wonderfully helpful and attentive. Our menu items were incredibly scrumptious and satisfying. Happy-belly achieved! ♥️?️

I was scared to trade, because I have been scammed many times, but I had to take one last chance because I heard Olivia Carlos was a very honest lady, so I gave it one last trial wow to my greatest surprise what I have heard about her was correct, today through Olivia Carlos I have been able to get back all I had lost and earned even more, contact her for the best investment services and you will not be disappointed, I invested $1,000 and got $14,600 in 5days You can contact her directly. What more can I say about Dollop than it is one of my favorite restaurants in Andersonville! My fiance and I eat here probably once a week. The food quality is excellent and the prices are also very reasonable, especially comparing in the area and recent inflation. I feel they go out of the way to get high quality ingredients. Their fried chicken is delicious, and the biscuits and donuts are quite rich but very well made. If you love quality coffee, then this is also a great place for that as well!

The most delicious waffles I've had in a long time! Light, crispy, buttery. Just wow. The chicken was okay, but to their credit, haven't found a place in Chicago that gets the chicken just right when it comes to chicken and waffles- usually over seasoned and dry, but I digress. Excellent coffee. Their lattes are consistently great and the folks that work there are pleasant.

Casual, friendly service and tasty brunch. Went here on a Saturday afternoon and were able to be seated immediately. Had the Healthy farmer's omelet with chicken added - didn't have to wait long and it was delicious. Only potential downside to note is the space. It's "cozy" so if you live in a larger body, getting between tables may be a bit uncomfortable, especially wearing a winter coat or carrying a large purse/bag. Overall though, I'd definitely return and recommend.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Service was very helpful and attentive, as usual. First time there for lunch. The Kale Reuben was a tasty alternative to the pastrami or turkey version. The Turkey Club and Classic BLT were equally good. Plus, our Latte, Mexican Mocha, and Nutella Mocha were delicious.

I really enjoyed a late breakfast here. The service was very warm and friendly, and the food + vegetarian options was top notch. Great little spot with prompt and really lovely service.

So lucky to have this neighborhood spot — and glad that they made it through the toughest times of the pandemic. You don’t always see spots that have both good food AND good coffee, but Dollop Diner does! I always get the chicken and waffles with maple butter, but I’ve heard the burgers are also good if you go when they have them.
