I moved to Wicker this year and have stopped in twice - this store is such a joy! Melissa and Haley are lovely and fun to shop with. I purchased a lovely perfume for myself and intend on going back for gifts and other little luxuries.
I cannot commend this store enough. Everyone is so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure, I started shopping here in 2013 when I lived in WP, but I always order direct from THIS store because the customer service is SO GOOD! From Madeline to Sarah, including every employee, I respect the work you do.

Great scented candles and car scents. I buy these for myself and as house warming gifts and they never disappoint!
Terrible customer service from the employees and the manager. Melissa was sweet to work with, but Sarah and Dillon are just plain rude. I’d expect a store manager to provide better customer service compared to what she provided.

Stopped by the Damen Ave store and was graciously and happily served by Melissa W. Being a Diptyque newby (but influenced strongly by another), Melissa took ample time to walk me through the line. Very pleased and happy with the attention given- she was genuine in her approach and was very accommodating to the many questions from a guy who probably was a 'fish out of water' in a Fragrance store. Thank you and would definitely recommend Melissa and the experience at Diptyque. Well done.
I admit it. I am a Diptyque fool. I fell in love with this brand years ago but fell madly in love with the Diptyque Boutique of Chicago! Sure, it’s fun shopping online and waiting for my goodies, but if you want the ultimate Diptyque experience, get yourself a personal favorite boutique like I did. Since Sarah is such a professional class act, I do all my shopping at her place. Period. Even if it’s virtual. I do not live in Illinois!If you desire genuine and purely unselfish guidance on spending money, Sarah will make certain you get exactly what you want without wasting a (s)cent. There is no equal to the dedicated Customer Service she provides. And dang it, I feel appreciated when I shop there. And I like that.
