Awesome breakfast. I've been in the hospital for over a month and eating hospital food day after day gets depressing. I took a chance and had Diner Grill delivered, it was fantastic. Better than any anti depression medicine the hospital could offer! The biscuits and gravy was top 5 in my life and I consider myself a B&G expert haha. I ate it before I could take a picture. Sorry.Bottom line is, as soon as I am discharged I will be stopping by diner grill as much as possible.
I definitely love the overall experience after visiting the place for the very first time. I went in here for the first time and I kinda regret not visiting the place sooner. I’ve known this place for a long time and my friend actually recommended it. First thing inside is their high bar stools and in the front is the kitchen and the staff. They also have outdoor seating and the place was pretty clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was about to go outside for a better view and atmosphere but the staff really entertained me and I enjoyed watching them making the food. I just ordered a breakfast burrito and a vanilla milkshake. They also have a wide menu and there are a lot of options either, burgers and anything you could ask for is available in their menu and of course, at a very reasonable price, Service is quick and the burrito has a huge portion when it is served to me. I definitely like their breakfast burrito. Everything seems to be good in it and the flavors are all in there. The milkshake is pretty good too. My first time would definitely not be the last and I will definitely be back and will surely try other delicious foods they offer.
I just want to share my good and recent experience at this restaurant. To be honest, I've been here quite a few times and I've never been disappointed or regretted going to this restaurant for delicious and high-quality food. I think the only negative thing I experienced is whenever the food takes a long time before it is served, and the rest are the good things that the restaurant has. First of all, the place is always clean. The servers are polite, friendly, and attentive. When it comes to their menu, they really have good options for food for brunch, breakfast, and even lunch. I could not really tell which one was my favorite food from the spot because it was really hard to choose since every food was delicious, even their simple steak skillet, omelets, burritos, cheeseburgers, and more. The food tastes fresh, and it is always served hot, well-seasoned with amazing flavors.
This is one of my favorite places in the city. Go to a show, see a movie at The Music Box, get out, have fun— you start running on empty and it's late in the evening. Where do you go for a bite in the north side? You go to Diner Grill. Within 10min of sitting down and ordering you've got a delicious hot meal in front of you, served by friendly staff. Grab a shake, get some breakfast. Time all but stops in here.I order the California burrito almost every time and it brings me back to life. I'll try the Slinger sometime soon.
Great Diner food, so fresh, cooked right in front of you. Bar stool counter, casual atmosphere, friendly, quick all around BUT not rushed.. Order, eat and move on..
This a new favorite of mine. They have such a wholesome vibe the minute you walk in. They have stools and you watch your food get made in front of you fresh. They serve breakfast anytime and they’re open 24/7 which is clutch if you had a little to much to drink and need to sober up. I highly recommend the French toast,biscuits and gravy, just everything lol. I really enjoy coming here and just enjoying the vibe and get lost in my cup of coffee ☕️.
Amazing late night spot. Pancakes are amazing, chef was a beast. Grilled cheese and slinger were also great ?
It’s 3 am, the restaurant is packed. I find the last seat available. They see me, they take my order, they serve it, it’s tastes fantastic. Took 10 minutes tops. Fast, efficient, and quality food. A classic 24 hour quality diner.
Great little place to eat. It holds memories for me so it's extra special to me.
Phenomenal spot. Really good traditional diner food with great prices. Very limited seating, but I've never had an issue getting a seat.
