The food was so-so but the real problem was the giant hair in my Thai iced tea. I understand these kinds of things happen i restaurants sometimes but when I pointed it out to the guy who ran the cashier he just said oh, I’ll bring you another one. No one apologized, no one offered to comp it, nothing. It was as if they have not done anything wrong.

This dish (Bánh Khọt Tôm Trứng Cá) alone is enough for the 5 star recommendation. There are actually 6 pieces (we ate one and had an 0rg4sm on the spot).

Food was great(bun bo), and the outdoor seating is pretty. But I’m not sure it was worth a 50 minute wait only for them to forget one of our orders(we had to walk inside to ask them about it), so we waited a total of an hour outside for food with no water refills. A couple sitting by us never had anyone take their order and gave up and left. Honestly this place seemed understaffed, and our waiter was apologetic, so do consider that. I would give it another try on another day since the food was decent.

Great food with fresh ingredients.

Amazing, flavorful and fresh food consistently comes out of this kitchen ?. Highly recommend!!! If you love flavor combinations and textures, you will absolutely fall in love with this place and it's creative cuisine.

The food is delicious and the dishes are very authentic. My mother was visiting so I took her here (we are Vietnamese and she is a great cook herself!). My mother was very impressed with the food. The owner is also very nice! Would love to check the special dinner series!

Sidney, the chef, was absolutely the queen! Duck confit, shrimp, sweet sour halibut soup all hit the spot. I loved that she comes to check on us for each dish, makes jokes and laughs together. It was the best evening of the week, thanks to her and my friends. The best spot in Argyle.

I have been here 3 or 4 times now and it remains one of my favorite restaurants on Argyle. The house special with the quail eggs, pork, and shrimp is amazing... And so was the oxtail soup special I had during my last visit! The ultimate comfort food at a reasonable price, too.

My husband and I have been here 3 times. The foods and services were amazing. We’ll absolutely return again!!

Lunch for 2 in this bright little storefront with about 24 seats. There was plenty of seating available at 1pm on a weekday. I ordered a bowl of Pho with several cuts of beef; my companion ordered their signature dish, Mi Quqng Heo Tom Trung, which was a large bowl of wide turmeric-tinged noodles in a chicken broth with pork belly, shrimp and a couple boiled quail eggs. A bowl of fresh greens was brought to garnish it. Both dishes were served hot just off the stove, were very filling and very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. We learned that the menu will change in another month; we will have to go back to sample it.
