The wait wasn't bad the table wasn't clean from the people before. The servers were friendly, but actual service wasn't great. There is just a level of swrvice you expect... especially with such a beautiful atmosphere. The food could not out to do the experience, so I wont be back.

Great classic diner styled food. I absolutely Love the new location and remodel. I've dined in and had quite a few take out orders... no complaints!

I love this place. Daley's makes you feel at home, the service is great, and the food is even better. I will be returning. ? ?❤. My sister had the spicy Denver skillet with added spinach and toast. I had the butteryz pancakes, pork sausage, and perfectly cooked hashbrowns. This place never disappoints

Great to have a nice sit down restaurant in the neighborhood. Food in my opinion is ok. I had a patty melt but it was very dry and had miniscule amount of grilled onions. To me that is what makes a patty melt is the grilled onions. My husband had a regular cheeseburger he said was dry as well. We will probably return.

I use to get food from here back in the day (before the new building) and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing. However, now, the food is OK at best and I'm very disappointing about it. The breakfast is about the only thing I'd recommend because the dinner selection is just terrible--like where is the seasoning? The wings are ALWAYS under cooked and has this weird red tent to them, COMPLETELY lacks seasoning, and you can taste the flour batter. The meatloaf tastes like an unseasoned hamburger patty with some pale white sauce plopped on top of it--no trace of tomato, onion, pepper, NOTHING. Are black people cooking the food? It's giving diner taste. I continued to support because they are black owned, but perhaps I need to fact check that because the food taste don't match.

They make good breakfast ?? ? sausages, bacons, grits, eggs, french toasts, etc if I can name more to the list which everything is good there. If I can recommend everyone by filling in words. People will travel from where they live in Chicago to that location in a hurry.

Ordered a breakfast it was good just don't order onions in your hash browns was a bit to many for me but, the food was still good ?.Now if you like a lot of onions order them because they do ask if you want them or not. So that was on me.

This was our first visit to Daley’s. The outside neighborhood surrounding it reminds me of where I grew up. Don’t be intimidated, just aware. The inside is laid back and you will experience southern hospitality from the wait staff. I felt right at home. Took a minute to get our order, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and decor while waiting. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. I wasn’t aware that I had to pay on the way out until I ask a passing waitress lol. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it.

The hash browns were fresh potatoes and the scrambled eggs with cheese were made exactly to my liking. My husband's spicy sausage skillet with over-easy eggs had the perfect mix if spice and the yolk of the eggs was cooked some which was a good change from the usual yolk. The pancakes were fluffy and had a good taste although I wish they had heated syrup. Our server was very attentive and kept my coffee cup full.

Went to Chicago for a weekend getaway and came here for brunch. The food we so good we came back the next day for dinner. The sunday dinner menu was great. We had a beautiful server named Linda she was so nice, loved it here !!!
