Chicken Wings Korean

The wings were delicious and juicy. Would definitely come back to try their other items on the menu.

Best chicken wings I’ve ever had. I go to this place all the time. I recommend getting a mix of Seoul Sassy and Crisp BBQ (extra hot).

Best korean fried chicken (or fried chicken) in all of Chicago. The Seoul Sassy and Spicy BBQ wings were super crispy, huge, and flavorful. Please do yourself a favor and visit this place asap!!!

Wings were amazing. The burrito, not so much. It didn’t have any flavor and was very difficult to eat. Overall, get the wings, you won’t be disappointed!!

The crispiest fries and chicken ever. Also 10 dollars for half a chicken is such a good deal. Their kimchi is amazing as well which is surprising bc I did not expect that from a chicken place. Honestly so good for your budget and soo good for your taste buds. I got the non spicy sauces but u can up the spice with the sauces u pick. Also the customer service was good.Drinks were a tad overpriced but in line with other restaurants ?It is messier but they do have bathrooms to wash up after. I would recommend bringing your own wet wipes though. The paper towels on the table were the cheap brown ones and honestly did nothing to wipe the sauces away lol.It is a smaller place with limited seating and is constantly crowded especially in evening time. I recommend going during a non busy time or getting takeout. Just means its pretty popular though!

The wings are SOOOO good. Some places say Jumbo wings but they really aren't. The Wings at Crisp are JUMBO lol. I got 5 and I was definitely full. Will be visiting again ??

Really glad this place is still here. I thought the pandemic would shut it down, but it is still kicking. We visited relatively early in the afternoon and the place was still busy, so keep that in mind if you decide to go. Also, there are probably only 15 seats in the whole place, including wall tables and communal benches. That being said, the Buddha bowls are huge and flavorful. I know everybody talks about the wings and those are great too, but I came for something huge and filled with meat and vegetables. These things are essentially bi bim bap, but with more veggies. The red sauce is fantastic, put that stuff on everything. Also the chicken is crispy as can be, I would recommend the Sassy Korean sauce on those boys: finger-lickin' tasty. It's a bit expensive for what is essentially Korean bar food, but Even the medium sized buddha bowl will will finish you off.. I could barely walk. Mine had the sliced beef on top. Kinda wish the physical bowls themselves were larger because they can be awkward to eat, but you figure it out eventually. Hope this place is here for years to come.

Omgosh, this place is great. My first coming to Crisp and staff are amazing as well as the food. I got the Korean Fried Chicken (it was so fresh, crispy and delicious) kimchi(I know where to get my fix for next time) rice. And the best part they're just down from my house.

We're craving for some Korean food because of the k-drama that we watch. So my wife and I planned to order some Korean food for takeout because we have kids so that our kids can eat as well. We don’t take our child out because of covid. Healthy first. We try to order the Whole Jumbo Wings, Seoul Sensation, Seoul Steak Bowl and Baby Buddha. It took about 30 minutes since we ordered a lot. After we order, we drive home and eat it with my family. My kids love the Seoul Steak Bowl. They enjoy the food. Their Whole Jumbo Wings were really yummy. You will definitely want more rice because of its savoring flavor. All of the food that we ordered was really good. We highly recommend this Korean food.

I adore this place for Korean fried chicken and would highly recommend it to anyone. For four people, we ordered a whole chicken (half seoul sassy sauce, half BBQ sauce), a seoul steak bowl, and a bad buddha bowl and we still have plenty to take home. The fried chicken and the sauce was incredibly delicious, crunchy crust, luscious flavor, moist on the inside with great portion size. I do slightly prefer the seoul sassy seasoning compared to the BBQ sauce in case you have to pick one. The rice bowls are also great portion and a good complement to the star of the show but they need more works on.Now there are some things that they can improve to really take their fried chicken to a new level:1. I think the cubed pickled radish (mu) should come with the fried chicken. It's a staple in Korean fried chicken, reduces the richness/heaviness of the dish, and increases appetite.2. For the veggie bibimbap, it needs more sesame oil and gochuchang given the amount of rice and veggies provided.3. The seoul steak can use more sauce and add a crunchy veggie like cucumber/carrots/sprouts to improve the texture of the dish and better highlight the steak component in the dish.
