Excellent cold brew and croissants. Super friendly staff/owner. Very passionate and knowledgeable

Good drinks but poor service

Looking for a cozy but well appointed coffee shop in the business district of the Chicago Loop? Coralie Coffee was a delightful surprise and only a block and a half from my son's apartment! Everything about this coffee shop is well done. The authentic French pastries, the coffee, and large selection of teas, even a tempting soup of the day to go with your baguette! Coralie opened just before the pandemic started but has hung on. It is my sincere hope that this review will drive new business and that Coralie will thrive. I know I will visit it again when I return to Chicago in the future.

I asked for an iced mocha, the lovely woman working the shop suggested to add almond. I wasn’t too sure but I trusted her. And oh man am I happy I did! It is soooo good! The almond isn’t too overwhelming, honestly it’s such a great combination. So I got the chocolate almond croissant to go with it, and omg, it’s so flaky. I am obsessed. Honestly, I can’t wait to go back! I wish I would’ve asked for her name, but she’s is so nice!!! Definitely made my day by complementing my nails. A must try!!! It will become you’re favorite too.

Wanted to add more pictures for Coralie since there's only few. Their french style croissant is really good to grab and want to try more coffee with various syrup collections!I personally don't like the foam on the coffee, I think there were some it's because I choose the almond milk. I want to try with normal milk next time. Barista was super lovely and nice.?

Paris is always a good ideaCute little coffee shop with a french vibe. The lady behind the counter was lovely. She made my cappuccino quickly and put an extra hazelnut macaron with my order. The store is small - without any tables or chairs - so the only option is take-out. But it has many interesting decorative items and souvenirs for sale.A variety of savory croissants and quiches, sweet macarons, and eclairs are available for a quick bite with your cup of coffee.Be aware of short working hours (from 7:30 am till noon) and that the place is cashless.

I enjoyed the place and the coffee that I always order every time I visit here .

Best macarons I’ve ever had.

Staying in the Evanston for a wedding, I took my dog and two of my four kids for a walk this morning in dire need of coffee. I saw this place across from our hotel and stupidly walked in and sat the dog with my kids on the couch. Almost immediately, one of the workers asked me to leave (rightfully so) as he can’t have dogs inside. They were SO nice. Obviously seeing that I was distraught chasing two crazy, sleep-deprived (albeit cute) boys out of th bakery, the worker followed me out, offered to watch the dog, but ultimately just took my order and delivered it to me outside, with a complimentary pastry to boot. The mocha latte was amazing, the pastry was melt in your mouth delicious, and given our bad behavior, they could not have been nicer. The man reiterated that he had kids, as I deliriously made excuses (he could obviously sense my complete lack of bearings and sleep), and even gave my kids lollipops. Completely made my day. He could have justifiably been completely dismissive - but was so understanding. A huge thank you to all of you there - I am so grateful for your kindness!!
