Stood outside the take out window for 15 minutes with my dog patiently waiting.. watched 3 people walk in and order ice cream.The miserable unfriendly red head working waited until after 10 to “serve” us AKA until they closed, the second it hit 10 she instantly opened the window to tell us they were closed and can’t serve us despite us watching them serve several customers before us.Have lived on Madison for 5 years and will never come back here, you can find me walking the extra 4 blocks to Jenny’s
Really cool little place with a to go window and an outdoor seating area under shade trees. The ice cream was super luscious!
My son and I went for a Mom and son date and son had sundae and I had oreo cone with cookie monster ice cream . We enjoyed it . We both stated we wanted to come back soon.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon for ice cream, and there were no employees around. Waited for 10-15 minutes, still no one showed up. There were three groups of people that walked in and at that point there was a line, and no employees were to be found. Ended up calling the shop to see if someone would come up and answer the phone. No response. Everyone ended up leaving disappointed.
Firstly, person serving us was straight up rude. No kind greeting and went and hid in the back after serving us to never show his face again even if we had a question. So, we ordered an ice cream bar anyways and it tasted like the fake molding chocolate that isn't supposed to be eaten you get from craft stores. And the ice cream had very little flavor. Should've been called poorly flavored ice. And to top it all off, it was way over priced. Chose somewhere else. I wouldn't go here if it was the last ice cream shop available.
I’ve visited the store twice now. The first time was a great experience. I enjoyed the ice cream, but did think it was a little pricey. The second time I was ignored for a while before the person behind the counter acknowledged me and was quite curt during the whole interaction. Not the friendliest and I didn’t feel very welcome. I noticed they weren’t wearing gloves either.
Very good homemade ice cream flavors were tremendous
You know a place is good when their out of the one thing you were in the mood for. So you go with their recommendation and it was better then what you originally wanted.
First time visitor of this establishment. It was very busy and an employee by the name of Taylor did an amazing job handling it all by herself. She was patient and a positive attitude with my many questions. To top it all off the is amazing would recommend for sure. Taylor you deserve a raise girl.
