This one particular guy who works there was so rude to me! Sure he spit in my shake. And better ice creams available.

My girlfriend and I have been to this location many times, and every time we come in here it’s a slow and rude experience. We normally come at night time and there is a male worker there who is extremely rude and rolls his eyes at the customer. When I asked how he was doing and how the night was going, he looked at me and didn’t even respond.The employees are always on their phones and always sitting on the counter tops that they put the ice cream on. When my girlfriend and I came in here last week, the male employee turned away from us and continued the conversation he was having with his coworkers like we were not even there. When my girlfriend tried to get his attention by asking him “how he was doing?” He rolled his eyes at her and said to his coworkers that they need to make the ice cream quick because they’re in a hurry.We were not in a hurry, it was just taking a long time for the employees, especially the male one to notice that we were even there.The location is slow, the employees are rude, and I can hardly find any toppings in my ice cream when I am eating it.
They don’t wash their hands or use gloves even after scratching their heads or going to the back to get more supplies. Long strands of weave on my cup. Disgusting & very unprofessional behavior. Had to be told 2x our order was in a waffle cone. They need more training. Hi
Major disappointment. I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter for her birthday. When my husband came to pick it up, the cake hadn't been made, despite confirming receipt of my order and pick up time and charging my card. The indifferent person behind the counter was unable to articulate why the cake wasn't ready and mumbled something about providing a refund upon my husband's persistence. Since it was an online order, the refund should have been simple, but it never happened. So, now, I'm having to chase down my $60 refund with a store whose phone is perpetually busy which means I'm probably going to have to pay them a visit. I won't be trusting this franchise again with my cake orders.
The costumers are rude and the workers are rude to.. if you can go to another location go... very disappointed

Hana is a rude & grumpy employee who decided to take it out on our ice cream; by Charging us $20 for 2 scoops of ice cream and half of the mix-ins. And didn’t even mix it in as seen on top
