Great brunch cocktails, we got the strawberry basil martini and Bloody Mary. We ordered the crispy pork belly hash and the pecan pie French toast. The potatoes were nice and crispy, and they paired well with the strawberry ketchup. The French toast looked like it would be crispy but was still soggy from the eggs. We would definitely go back to try the Dutch baby!

Everything about this place is right. From feeling welcome to the attentiveness of the servers, and the unbelievably delicious food ... together an experience I soon won't forget. The pork tenderloin was superb as was the Cauli mac and I just couldn’t get enough of the beef tartare. And the cocktails are made to perfection – the Old Havel can easily become an old habit. Caleb even made me a Mint Julep upon request. Andy, the GM, has hired a great staff of dedicated professionals. Quite the restaurant experience!

Couldn’t find a parking spot near the place we wanted to go to, so kept driving and ended up here. A lot of parking spots. We noticed the place has a decent patio and decided to give it a try. We came around 2 pm, just the time when the kitchen was closing for brunch. I got some crispy pork belly hush and some of my friends ordered burgers. The food was ok. They complained about the size, but In my opinion for that price it is ok. The menu you can find online is not updated obviously. No vegan options. My partner wanted to get fries at least, but they said the kitchen is closed at that time. No big choice of coffee. Just a regular one. No latte or mocha. Can’t say I would recommend this place. Staff was nice!

I went to Cobblestone recently and was able to eat and drink there. The food, cocktails, and cider were all delicious. I've reached out to the manager of the establishment and it was extremely easy to communicate with and arrange for a private party. I definitely will look to booking other parties in the future with Cobblestone and having many more brunches.

Food was excellent. I had the chicken entree and my wife had the mussels. We were both blown away. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the environment felt really welcoming and neighborly. We will definitely be back!

This place is great! The cider was all fantastic and unique, a great theme they lean into but don't overwhelm you with. The cocktails were pretty good too. The Short Rib was one of the best I have ever had in my life, blown away by the flavors and tenderness.

I walked into Cobblestone with high hopes. The menu seemed promising and most of the tables were empty. Usually a sign of quick service. But not that night. We arrived around 6:30. We were seated, ordered drinks, and got those drinks pretty quickly. And then we waited. After 30 minutes, the place was starting to fill up, including the table next to us. The one waiter on staff tended to the tables and didn’t get take our dinner order until 7:20; we flagged him down after he took the dinner order of the group next us. I don’t blame him. I’m guessing it’s not his fault that there was only one waiter scheduled during Restaurant Week and he also had to be the host. So we waited. Our appetizers came out pretty quickly but the main didn’t come until 8:30, two hours after we arrived. It probably would have been longer had we not flagged down the waiter and pointed out that we had been there for two hours and were still waiting for the main course. And also, the group that got there thirty minutes after us were already eating. He assured us that our food was being plated and it would right out. Once again, we waited.5-10 minutes later, he arrived with our food. It was hot but bland. The chicken, dumplings, and gravy were all under-seasoned. We didn’t exactly clean our plates. We pretty quickly asked for dessert and the check so we could go. Dessert was fine. The ice cream looked and tasted like it came from the Aldi down the street. We paid and left. It was now 9 pm.The beer and cider selection was pretty good and the only part of the night worth a star so Cobblestone gets a 1 out of 5. All told, I spent $130 and two-and-a-half hours there. I wish I could have all of that back.

Tonight, the Wife and I asked for a table of 4, saw multiple tables open. Host replied with "Looks like we're not going to have table free for the rest of the night." Our 2 friends walked in about 5 minutes after us for a table, Host proceeds to not automatically deny them and asks the servers. Servers apparently had a problem with having another table until another server came worked it out. Finally, Wife and I walk back in to join our friends and overhear 2 servers discussed witht the host about not seating anyone after 9pm (they close at modnight btw) Great to know that you wanting to close early is more important than actually doing your jobs and making easy money (we only got drinks and 2 apps) Pathetic, will not come back. Sayonara!

One of my favorite spots in Chicago. Front of house back of house, everyone makes you feel at home. Food is amazing and always fresh and changing. Drinks are unique and delicious. Mark and Andy, the owners, put their hearts into this place and it shows. Ian is the homie ??It’s worth going out of your way to stop in here.Love y’all

I recommend The Cobblestone to literally everyone! Delicious food, excellent service, and a cozy vibe where you can relax and have a conversation with friends. Definitely NOT one of those places where you're shouting over the music just to ask your friend how their drink is. Chill, welcoming, and relaxed. If you're going for food, definitely ask the staff for recommendations since everything's pretty good and they're all really knowledgable about the menu. I really loved the Beef Tartare, Beet & Ancient Grain Salad, and Bistro Burger when I ordered them!
