This chuck e. Cheese has changed a lot in a good way. As soon as you walk in there's security. They search you to make sure no one brings in weapons and then they ask for your phone so they can take a picture with whoever you come in with. The purpose of that is so when you leave you need to show the picture so they know you are leaving with whoever you came in with. The place is very clean and if you buy the 30 mi play card is a way better options specially when you take multiple kids
Salad bar had old brown lettuce wasn't well maintained. Pizza had absolutely no taste at all which was oddly weird cause I eat alot of pizza and have never had one that has no taste at all.
I haven't been in a while but it was nice not too bad. I was surprised to see lots of Security officers last time I went they had guns? other than that my visit was fine as to be expected. ???
It was jam packed and we could barely play any of the games because of how many people were in there. Plus every table was full so we couldn't even sit down and eat like we wanted to. We just packed up and left to go somewhere else instead.
Very rude cashier (the woman had tattoos, twists, and was somewhat masculine) didn’t get her name. Worked there 3/27/2022 at exactly 11-11:30am. She literally got mad because I changed my mind about a token option and banged on her register and said “cmon man! I swear to god” and made noises with her mouth that she was mad. I was in shock!!! How could this woman think it’s appropriate to let her emotions escalate like that in front of me and my children? No words! How does a manager hire someone so ghetto and unprofessional like this at a child friendly franchise ? Unreal.
The kids had fun but they can do better on cleaning and sanitizing

My daughter enjoys this location. She has a blast everytime. Loves the virtual rollercoaster and ski-ball. I played the space invaders machine and got the hi score. I like it cuz she loves it. Chuck E Cheese has gotten so expensive over the yrs tho. I use to come to this location as a kid all the time. I can imagine my parents thinking it was expensive then when the cost of living was cheaper but sh*t. It's all for the memories.

Haven't came here in years. I've seen videos and reviews from a long time ago and looked bad. I went on a Monday, which was really slow. I love how they got security and ask proof of vaccination. Definitely better, would come back again!
