Chiya Chai is the Logan Cafe off Milwaukee, in my opinion. The hand pies are the best I’ve had. The chai is amazing and they have so many flavors. It’s a great place to work, meet with a friend, or go on a date- especially when they have their outdoor seating available. Doesn’t hurt that they also serve alcohol ?

We went for the chai, not the food, but the menu looked great and the place smelled amazing! So many options for chai flavors, I got the ginger cardamom and loved it. Perfect amount of sweetness. Staff was very friendly and helpful and took time to talk to us about the different offerings. Definitely worth stopping in, I hope to be back in the neighborhood soon to try a different flavor!
I have been getting my afternoon coffee from Balcony for the past 4 years for 5 days out of the week. At first, it was convenient because it was a half block away from my office. And for all 4 years, the owners and staff have ALWAYS been kind and respectful coupled with providing the best coffee . I'll definitely be stopping by on the weekends even though there are dozens of other coffee shops near my home. Thanks Balcony Coffee! You guys are the best!
Good vibes, friendly staff, and amazing food! Love how they really try to take care of their customers by checking for vaccination cards. Might become a regular for their Chai, never have I ever had a Chai like the ones they did, coming back more often.
Awful experience. We ordered a meal for delivery for friend recovering from surgery. Their website accepted the order but the restaurant was closed today. Our card was charged and we never received word that the order had not gone through or that the meal had not been delivered. Only when the recipient of the meal walked to the restaurant to check on the order did we learn it was closed. Obviously, we will not try them again.
The chai sampler was a great choice. If your hungry try the Buffalo wings a really good flavor and definitely worth it.
my boyfriend and I normally order chai from here about once a week and have never had a bad experience, until recently. last sunday we came in and there was a line of about four people. after waiting 20 minutes, 2 of the parties in front of us left and we decided to leave as well. we weren’t even acknowledged in the line nor did they seem to care that the rest of the line just left.we always go with the ginger cardamom iced chai it’s our favorite. unfortunately, when we were here today I noticed a cockroach next to the espresso machine and it seemed like there was a few dead bugs underneath the machine as well. we told the barista and he nonchalantly said he’ll take care of it, didn’t even look to see the cockroach just sitting there in the middle of the counter.not sure if/when we will be returning :(
