disaster zone. Has fallen off

We had to sit our selfs down. Thats what the server said so we try to look for a table that had no old food on it or crumbs but THEY HAD NO CLEAN TABLES! The worker there just sat on his phone until he saw us. The food looks ok but the taste was so bad except for 1 of the 2 sausages. The pancakes were very crispy and i could pick it up like a Frisbee the eggs were half cooked and tasted like chlorine water from a swimming pool 2/10 would not recommend and also you might have to use the bathroom afterwards so don't eat here!!!!!

Sat down to get lunch before my connecting flight, and the Scan QR menu you order and pay from was non-functioning. The waiter was exceptionally rude when he asked me why I hadn’t ordered yet, and waited 15 minutes before rudely asking me again why I hadn’t ordered through the QR Code. The waiter ended up handing me a filthy paper menu, and walked off again before I could order. I ended up walking out and choosing another restaurant.

The waitress was very pleasant the eggs rolls were absolutely disgusting, greasy, burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. I realize that we pay twice the amount of $$ at an airport, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

So many of the other reviewers complained about horribly slow service and bad wait-staff... and bad food. I'm guessing they had too little time to eat for a tight connection. For ME, I got seated right away; my waiter came immediately before I had even pulled my laptop out. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger....sure, I could get a better bigger OUTSIDE of the airport.... but it was a GREAT burger from Chili's. So much better than the McDonalds nearby...So if you are willing to compare "Chili's Too" to the OTHER places to eat at O'Hare, then you could realize it's a really good burger with nice slices of red onion, with really good service. Victor, brought the food HOT and fast and offered more Coke refills before mine was gone... complete with a big lime slice. The other burger places don't do that. A nice place to sit with an electrical outlet for my laptop and good service.... Really GOOD for O'Hare! I might add, as an airline "Club Lounge Member" I decided to come to Chili's to avoid the "mob-scene" in the airport Club Lounge. At Chili's I had more space... better service...MUCH better food... and knowing that my club membership is certainly not free, Chilis' was a better choice for space and food... and that's in one of the busiest airports in the world. Club lounges have become so crowded with people clamoring for small-cold plastic wrapped things, I'd rather go to a real restaurant with real servers offering real service. Worth the price.

Terrible service. Our waitress sat us down and we ordered an appetizer and our meals. We got our drinks fairly quickly while they sat another big family down near us. The big family received the same appetizer right away as we still waited for ours. Not only that but when she did bring our appetizer out she went to get me another coke and forgot. Once she realized that she had forgot to bring my coke she told me to hold on a minute and she’d bring one out. I never received that coke for the rest of the time we were there. We had flight to catch and quickly ate our meal (mine without a drink). The food was good but I would never go there again with that kind of service. On the way out my mother and I were trying to figure out where to exit all while there was a worker staring at us and not helping lead us out. He finally sarcastically stated “if we would look then we would see where to go out at”. Well we thought that too. However there were no signs posted to the exit. That pretty much capped off what was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve have ever had.

This was just not good. Despite asking for a medium rare or a medium burger it come out well done. It was dry. My wife’s Caesar Salad lacked flavor m. I wish now we had gone to the McDonald’s next door. It would have been better at 1/3 of the price. The server was good.

The hostess, a black male, had his mask pulled down onto his chin 75% of the time we were there. He greeted us this way, walked around and seated people and interacted with everyone, all the while all the other staff members had their masks on. Is this person privileged somehow? Why wasn't his manager enforcing the mask policy? On top of that, the prices were ridiculous.

Server was good. Bartender wouldn’t make a margarita. It came to the point that I had to say I don’t want it anymore. It was 30 minutes. Literally heard the server say “Are you making the margarita?” And the bartender goes “no” this was 15 minutes into my meal. Finished the wings and reluctantly gave the server a tip since I could tell he was busy.0/10 never recommending this place to anyone that’s travels through O’Hare.

Terrible breakfast food. Sausage like leather. Eggs unfortunate. Nothing like the good breakfast that we have enjoyed in previous years.
