Well the cheese fries was cooked hard so more then likely cooked to long. Where I my food first and had to wait almost an hour for my friend food to come out. I totally understand they had only one oven working but to bring one dinner out then almost an hour later the person food. . Waiter and manager was great them for the kindness .
Food was super good and hot. The bartender drinks are off the chain she does a great job. The Manager was down to earth and hilarious. Even though they only have one section open and we had to wait a while the staff made it better with the great services.
This is my Chili's!! Tonight I didn't get off until 8pm. My granddaughter graduated from kindergarten this morning. Unfortunately I couldn't attend her ceremony, but I couldn't allow the day to go by without congratulating my Beautiful little girl! Alex allowed my baby girl and I to have a wonderful meal together, ignoring there policy of no more walk-ins. Thank you Alex & Chili's crew for making me a proud grandma
Tarran the Bartender was great, drinks were off the chain. Definitely tip her it's worth it and her customer service was top notch. Derrick the runner was fast friendly and made sure are food was hot and tasty. If your in the neighborhood please stop by so they can make your experience memorable!
This restaurant continues to send out food orders of very poor quality or missing items. I only order through DoorDash and consistently do not receive my ordered beverages. I received a southwest chicken Caesar salad that consisted of only lettuce and chicken.. no dressing, no tortillas chips, no tomatoes.. SO DISSATISFIED
Alex the manager was great and my waitress erica was wonderful.
If I could give no stars I would. I order 2 steaks medium rare one came out perfect the other came out rare.I complained about that and the big waitress hit an attitude and told us we asked for it medium rare. I asked her how we got both made the same way but they look different? She walked away and did nothing. I asked for a manager and I waited 20 more min. They don’t have clean silverware on hand even tho the restaurant was empty. I waited so long watching the manager and the same waitress walk around and look at us sideways. It took my fiancé to get up and force the manager to talk to him for him to void the stuff that we ordered. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the devil to eat at. They should just shut it down because they sick overall
Went there today for a date night. We were told there was an 30-40 minute wait even though there were a lot of tables open. After the 40 minute wait when we were called inside to get our table the serve let us know at the very last minute there would be no alcoholic drinks for the rest of the night. This information was not disclosed to us before the wait. If it was, we would have declined. Now we have to scramble to find somewhere else to eat as most places are closed or booked up for the night. Wish I would have known this information prior. Date night ruined because of something that could have simply been avoided. I used to be a returning customer but after tonight I will not come back.
The server was new but very nice. You could tell she really cared about giving us good service. The bathrooms were dirty so I took a star down, otherwise it would be a 5.
This place seriously needs to close! The customer service is horrible! Since the pandemic started this place has really went downhill! The last 2 times I’ve tried eating here was a waste of my time and gas. The first time we tried to dine in but was turned away because they said we had to make reservations online but the restaurant looked empty!The second time we tried dining in, we stood at the front for about 5 minutes and waited for a host to come up and acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated but no one ever came up and said anything, so we ended up leaving because obviously our business was not wanted. My family and I will never try dining here again. They definitely lost our business.THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF THAT WANTS TO WORK!
