Great chicken sandwiches. Absolutely love it.
This Chick-fil-A location is beside the Magnificent Mile. I have to admit that they serve a decent meal experience.We came to this location for a late lunch. It was still packed with folks eagerly waiting for their food in an orderly fashion. Staff pleasantly greeted me upon meal pickup. The chicken sandwich was balanced in flavour inside a buttered brioche bun with pickle. The deluxe sandwich was similar just with cheese, tomato & lettuce as well.The sandwich meal came with waffle fries and refreshing iced tea. A good trifecta topped by super friendly service.
I tried the macaroni and it was pretty good for a fast food restaurant but it was a little weird because it was mostly creamy but had baked cheese on top which confused me.
Closing staff/managers are lazy. I get it because the neighborhood sucks after 5pm. But first experience ever where I walked in and couldn’t tell if they were open or closed. Literally no staff anywhere. If I wanted that confusion I’d go to Taco Bell next door. Ended up going home without a peach milkshake which is the biggest tragedy. Now I have this review to keep me company on my walk home.
Chicken sandwich was good but would not feel comfortable coming to this location after dark due to the recent fatal shooting next door. Lots of problems in this neighborhood. Shootings, violence, car-jacking etc. No visible security. May be a good idea.
I placed my order and when I received my order it was wrong. The manager was so nice and understanding. He fixed my sandwich and gave me a free cookie ? ?
I like their chicken over McDonald's and others. They are simple but more tasty. I crave for Chick-fil-A on Sundays and they are closed.
Poor service and disorganized store. Left waiting and served others because of a unclear store layout. I was first but they didn't say anything. Also stale chicken. This is a place that sells because of its location
So many people have raved about this place so I decided to give it a go. The menu has something for everyone and is reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and informative. Food was fresh and delicious. Seating area was spacious and clean. Good food at good price and the fries were amazing.
Took them 15 mins to get a bag of ice. Once we got it, the bag wasn’t properly secured, so some of them spilled all over the place. But the cashier was nice and mentioned that it wasn’t my fault; however, the manager looked at us as if it was.
