Delectable and quality foods with best service .
I had ordered an onion soup and the grand fillet (both very good) but the waiter brought me the fillet while I was still having the soup and, despite he saw it, he just put the fillet on the table and walked away!!! This shouldnât happen and, to be honest, itâs the first time it happened to me at Chicago Chop House butâ¦
Sat at the bar, as we prefer to do. Server was excellent, food was great.
Service was good. Food so so. Comparable to Ruth Chris. I expected it to be phenomenal. I love the ambiance and the piano player. The Oyster came out cold, we addressed it with our server and it was corrected. New Orleans has the best Oysters. The filet was average, 12oz was enough to split. Lobster Bisque was good but rich. Truffle Mac and Cheese was good. Drinks were expensive but high class. This place was recommended by a friend back home. Nice for a dinner date but we wonât be back. There was no need to address anything at dinner with a manager. It just wasnât for us.
Our waiter was truly engaged in making sure we understood the menu choices, made great recommendations and was part of the overall experience. I would highly recommend this establishment for a great meal and special occasions.
I had a beautiful date night at the Chicago Chop house. The food was excellent. I recommend everyone dine here if they want a five star meal accompanied by a romantic vibe.
The absolute best in the area. The outside courtyard is stunning and unlike no other. This place is definitely worth every penny spent. Sides are shareable as well as steaks. We got the truffle Mac and cheese and ribeye sliced and it was the perfect amount for two. On top of that service was the best I have ever had. I will 1000% be back.
Amazing food. Steak was PERFECTLY cooked. Service was amazing. She listened to any concerns and gave great suggestions for food (pumpkin pie cheesecake and the bacon mashed potatoes were delicious!). She made sure our steak was watched carefully after hearing we had a bad experience at a different steakhouse. Excited to come back!
Terrible value for the money. Steak was fine, but really nothing better than at many places I frequent. The bill was literally double Flemings, Capital Grille or Ruth Chris. Fool me once. But Iâll never be back and Iâm $530 poorer.
