Saw this place while stuck in traffic. Came in afterwards after checking the reviews. We got the All-American Burger combo. It was delicious! It wasn't this huge oversized burger either. It's just a 6oz and hit the spot. The fries that came with the burger was spot on and different than all your other burger places. They give you a good portion size too. It didn't break the bank and food was awesome. I will definitely come back and tell others to give it a try. Only bad thing is no dine in. Good customer service as well. The girl at the counter was nice and friendly. Either way, 5 stars all around!
Was super excited to try this place because I love a good burger, but it was a quite disappointing experience. I got the Hit The Road Jack. On the delivery app, there wasn't any specification on how I wanted it cooked, not a big deal. One would expect to get a normal burger, no? Absolutely not! What I received was a very RAW, very RED patty in some way too greasy buns. One bite in and you can tell they didn't bother trying to cook it all the way. You can try and shift blame on the delivery app for not having certain options available, but at the end of the day whoever cooked that burger should know how to properly cook burgers in a burger joint. One star, wouldn't give them a second shot because they couldn't even give their bare minimum- properly cooked food.
Fresh and Hot Amazing burgers and great service
Honestly the best burger I've ever had. All four of us in my family absolutely love Charly's Burgers. My wife and I will drive an hour and a half (80 miles), on a Saturday, into Chicago just to get this amazing food. You know those hockey puck burgers you've had that somebody grilled at a barbecue? These burgers are soft, juicy and melt in your mouth. I personally think the key is the 10% bacon that Charly adds to the ground beef. I always get the Charly burger. It's got two patties, grilled onions, pickles, and Charly's sauce. This sauce is phenomenal. True story. Best burger in the world. My wife always great the La Pina which has jalapenos and pineapple. This is another killer burger. I couldn't see anybody ordering from here and being disappointed. It's just not possible. All the other reviews totally back up my claims of this place being the best. Go to Charly's burgers and you won't regret it.

Yummy & delicious.I had the juicy Lucy with Cajun fries and a side of Charly sauce to dip fries in with 12 oz can of coke for just under 13.50 taxes included.This place is a MUST HAVE especially if you live near by, best burgers no questions. The cheese oozed over on the fries, the bun was soft and complimented the burger, the pickles on the burger were generous and I loved them!You need to come and make this your new go-to place. You will be more than satisfied, I was skeptical I'd be but Charley's Burgers is a MUST HAVE.
We came across Charly's Burger when looking for a place to eat lunch in the area, and we were really pleased with our choice. Our intention was simply to enjoy a great meal, but this establishment provided us with much more. This establishment's menu is straightforward, with a strong emphasis on burgers, which provides for a straightforward ordering experience. The dinner was served shortly and was all very great. I chose the Veggie Burger, which is made with a plant-based pattie, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and Charly's special sauce. The burgers were good, and the unique sauce gives a nice flavor to the burgers and fries. However, I felt that the burgers might have used a little extra seasoning, but overall, I was pleased with the size and taste. The fries were excellent, and the meal size was significantly more than anticipated. This establishment comes highly recommended by me. In addition, their customer service is excellent, and the ambiance is quite casual and cool as well.
I’m a regular here and have had an excellent experience every visit. Staff is super friendly, clean workplace, and food is prepared quickly. Hands down best burger I’ve tried in Chicago!
I came in today finally after getting over my hesitation of trying a local burger joint, and was not disappointed. The piña burger is soo good. It reminds me of summer and lake Michigan. The fries were delicious. The open space and fast friendly service was awesome. I can't believe I waited this long to try you guys out! I'll be coming back to probably try the rest of your menu out.
