The Fried Cauliflower loved it!
First off, this place is a vibe! Shortly after I arrived, the dj came and started playing music which truly livened up the place! The drinks are pretty good. So far, my favorite there is the passion fruit margarita. I also had the chi rise… I’m wondering if I said that right.. anyway it was a bit too tart for my liking. And of course several shots were ordered. Our reservation had us seated outside initially but it was literally 90 degrees outside and unfortunately they do not have any means of shade to block direct sunlight from beaming on you. Also, they have large beautiful flower pots on the balcony which attracts/harbors dragon flies, bees, and other large insects causing them to constantly swarm around you. These two factors caused me to rate 4 stars instead of 5. I would highly recommend that they invest in umbrellas, tents, etc. for customers who dine outside. Me and my friend were drenched in sweat prior to requesting a seat change. Other than that, I highly recommend and I can guarantee anyone who visits is bound to have a great time!
First of all, the views were outstanding! Unfortunately, it is very pricy and the food portions are ridiculously small. They advertise that they provide a $14/3-hours voucher for parking right by the restaurant. We parked our car there knowing that there is a voucher because after double checking, they assured us there was. After our dinner, we realized that with the voucher we have to pay at least $30 for this parking (we were there for 2 hours). We spoke to the manager and he said that he doesnât know anything about the $14 voucher and that it is false information. I took this information straight from their OpenTable account. We ended up paying $30 for 2 hours at the parking, which was half of what we paid at the restaurant. For tourists, the views and location and overall look of the restaurant is great! But if you want to go there and actually eat or drink, you will end up spending a lot of money.
Great ambiance, waitresses seemed timid to speak with us.
They rope this section on the patio supposedly vip or some kind of special reservation bc we did have one, they let us fry in the 90° sun n keep those empty. I am sorry but is your responsibility to create comfort for every paying customer, we ordered drinks n food itâs not like we were just wasting their tables. Needless to say we ordered the minimum possible, just 1 food n 1 drink, no appetizers. Usually we drink at least 3 drinks pp n lots of food. No thanks not giving an extra penny and never going back. Itâs a very small rooftop n not the greatest views compared to other rooftops
Food was delicious, scenery amazing, vibe was perfect
The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I both got the steak and fries and it was amazing. Definitely on the smaller side for the price and we werenât asked how are steak should be cooked, it came out well done. But luckily the taste was still delicious as well as the sauces. Had an amazing view and was very happy with it. I did have to stand for part of the evening because I was seated right next to a large plant with large flowers so there was a number of bee/wasp type bugs flying around me and my head. All in all, we will definitely be back!
server didn't seem interested in talking to us at all. was very awkward and dismissive when taking our order. short man with black hair parted to one side. wouldn't recommend this place to others based on that alone.
They had like 3 things on the menu and 1 of them was unavailable. The service was terrible and slow. Views are amazing just wished the ambiance and service was better.
Cerise rooftop is fantastic. Truly one of the best in the city . The food was tasty and drinks were good. The only downside to our evening was the service. Our waiter could use more training in customer service. He had a very flip attitude made no effort to smile and be friendly. At the end of our meal when asked for the check he just dropped the tab on the table and walked away without a word. Not a thank you for coming or have a good night. If service was better I would have given a much higher rating, but unfortunately the service put a damper on our experience.
