We loved Casati's last time we went, everything was amazing!!! This time however all the food tasted worse- finding out they just got a new chef. The burrata flatbread barley had any cheese on it this time and the pasta was much more bland, such a let down. The server also did not tell us about the happy hour going on at the time so we ordered full price drinks on accident.
One of our favorite places to dine in. Definitely look forward to keep on coming!

Had a lovely time! Salads were delicious and my roasted salmon with veggies was fabulous -- best salmon I've ever tasted! Our waiter was helpful and made good suggestions on substitutes when an item was unavailable. Patio was filled with lively parties, but no one was too loud. Great place to connect with relatives and old friends in the heart of the busy city. Thanks, Casati's!
Great food, great service. I really appreciate the vegan options and the non-vegan was thrilled with her meal too. Will be back soon.

Food was good. Service was mehâ¦..we ordered two appetizers and two main courses. We asked that the appetizers be brought out separately, but they were brought out together. When the main courses arrived, the runner tried to put down the main courses without first clearing the table of the appetizer plates. She started to walks away, and I had to ask her to take up the finished appetizer plates. She leered at us with disdain and reluctantly cleared the plates. First, the waiter should always run the main courses, but, the runner. This way he/she can make sure that the table is properly cleared before putting down the next course. Secondly, please donât give us the stink eye when we ask you to clear the table of finished plates as there is no room on the table for all those plates.
