This place is ghetto, I ordered a large pan of red beans and rice for a event and one of my guest found a screw in the red beans and rice, then another guest found glass in theirs. I should have known something wasn't going to be right with it because when I called to place the order they were very rude and unprofessional. I will never ever go there again.

This was my 1st time there, and I'd have to say the food is great. It's better than I've tasted. The price is a lil high but the quality of the food balances it out. The cabbage in my opinion needs a little more kick to it, but other than that, this place will definitely get my business again soon

This restaurant has horrible customer service and unappetizing food. I ordered a 1/2 dark jerk chicken dinner with cabbage and plaintains for $22.04. They refused to give me a refund but offered to replace my order. I said, "No, thank you!" I will let the BBB assist me with my refund. This restaurant needs to be taught a lesson in customer service!Chicken: I was given 2 full legs and some chopped up thighs, not equating to 2 full thighs. I was given a random small piece of breast and a random big piece of chicken skin.Rice and Peas: They were flavorful/colorful but very salty.Plaintains: They were good to taste, but texture was very ripe and very greasy.Cabbage: It had good flavor but was a monochrome light green. Perhaps, they should consider adding some colored peppers or carrots

I grew up with Jamaicans and I've been in Jamaica and their families home eating their cooking. This is not quite the same. Well let me rephrase that it's not the same. Half the things on the menu they don't have at this location . I ordered the oxtails traditionally oxtails are made with a rich sauce with butter beans this had no beans the sauce was not the same as the traditional flavor. This was just braised oxtails. some braised oxtails. The Jerk Chicken was good. The bananas were good their rice and peas is not anywhere near the same. I don't taste any of the coconut milk in the rice which is a main ingredient in traditional rice and peas. Also the rice was just sitting at the bottom in saturated in the sauce from the oxtail. It's just floating in the sauce.

IT'S THE SERVICE FOR ME. How do you make your customer feel like they are inconveniencing you by asking about the menu, placing an order, or coming to get there food? Like I work hard for my money, I don't have to spend it anywhere that I don't feel valued as a customer. I want to support my own, but this unprofessional stuff needs to stop.

My daughter paid $25 for a jerk pizza that’s freaking horrible‼️ It wasn’t jerked to begin with. The pizza was sweet!!!!!! ?The sauce was full of sugar. Then included a miniature cup of “jerk sauce” to accompany it. Stick to what you all know, if it’s NOT pizza … then We won’t even get on the “OVERPRICED” $16 jerk chicken rolls with yet another nasty, sweet “special sauce” drenched all over SOOO, NO they weren’t edible. $55 worth of food that couldn’t be eaten … We’re pissed and won’t be patronizing this establishment again. Spoke with both door dash & the restaurant directly and nobody wanted to do nothing huh I can show you better when it comes to my ?

I tried several attempts to call in,line was busy.. 30 minutes went past I finally made it thru but was immediately placed on hold. I thought maybe if I placed my order over the phone by time I arrive it will be ready. It took me 10minutes to get to this location and guess what I was still on hold. I was still on hold walking into the establishment to only see the establishment was empty and no one on the phone. They purposely tie up the line to turn away call ins. It was only 6 on a Saturday evening. I didn't mention anything about the call in but when I placed my order for a jerk taco I was informed they closed the station. Maybe if they would have took me off hold after clicking over once to only put me right back on hold I would have known in advance instead of wasting my time. This place gives bad customer service it's really sad. And I guess the owner don't care based off the reviews from both locations. Yall will never get another penny out of me! why support a business that don't care how they treat their own people.

Beans and rice hard not cooked all the way. Drum, and wing raw. Cabbage and Mac good. Bread soft. But chicken raw and slimy. $22.04 wasted. The sides was only thing I could eat. It’s unfortunate when the customer has to take the loss.

I ordered the oxtail dinner & large peach cobbler from them yesterday via Uber Eats. I was so excited to treat myself. When my food arrived there was MOLD in the peach cobbler!I called to inform them of this matter & all the young woman on the phone said was “I’m sorry” didn’t offer any conversation with management nor did she offer any way to rectify this situation on their behalf.Be careful ordering food from here. It’s evident they don’t properly tend to food.
