Delicious food ! Aránza gave best customer service Recommend!

This place has good customer service the atmosophere was a bit to dark for me. The food was just ok i feel that the plantine in the jibarito was a bit under seasoned and bland the meat that was in it was good. The garlic hicama was real good. The pork was real good Over all we payed about 30 bucks which is not bad, but flavors can be better.

I absolutely LOVED Cafe Rosa! Although I only picked up a to-go order, I'll definitely bring my friends back here. ? The staff was courteous, and explained when there were items the kitchen stopped serving earlier in the day. This is a good sign because they don't have prepared kitchen elements sitting around for an order! The dining room was set up well, and I liked the music playing. They had a nicely sized TV over the bar, and the chairs were comfortable. Most importantly, the jibaritos and mofongo were *amazing*! The meat was perfectly cooked, the tostones we ordered had lots of garlic, and everything was still hot after driving an hour to get home. This is excellent compared to other Puerto Rican places.

Just picked up my order and it had no rice !!!I called and they talked to the cook who told them that is impossible that he did that . Like what do i have to lie about some rice !! I will bring this photo to them tomorrow . But i don’t even want anything just to prove what they did and they didn’t believe me . No good customer service . I use to love this place good is good but hate when they talk like this to a customerMy husbands came with rice but then his jibarito had barely any steak !! And soggy . This is the first time ever this happened. But one time Is enough for me not to return.

Not good the food the color the taste not good I don’t recommend this place for me is a no. No they need to learn how to cook a real Puerto Rican food

The two times I have ordered and picked up food from Cafe Rosa, for starters the service could be better...the staff at the counter where you pay are not friendly. I ordered the mofongo with lechon (roast pork) it was good, I really like their rice with gandules (pigeon peas) and the pasteles are okay, I've also had their pork chops, rice and beans. The chops were ok but the beans had way too many olives and that flavor over powered the stewed beans. They could tone it down on the olives in general/overall. I felt the pastel had too many olives and oregano flavor....those are strong flavored ingredients and can make or break a dish if not used in moderation. Well that was my experience hopefully they read these reviews and work at making improvements as this is one of the few decent Puerto Rican restaurants out south. Good luck!If service and food recommendations improve and stay consistent they could be a 5 star rating!!!

my order was not correct and I get all the way home to find out half of my order is missing!!! I don't care how small a business is you messed up!! food wasn't worth the money or the trouble.

I’ll start off by saying that the food here is just okay but it’s the only place we know of to get PR food on the south side so we settle for it. The service on the other hand is absolutely horrible! We went out to eat together as a family but they brought all of our food out at different times. My son was hungry so he was eating from my husband’s plate while he waited for his empanada that they never brought out, then when my husband pointed it out and asked not to be charged for it the waitress with the double chin and no ass seemed to get annoyed and went to the owner and they both were clearly talking shit and kept staring at us , so awkward! Then the no ass waitress comes to our table and stares us down, says nothing , puts the check on the table next to my son and walks away ! There was no handing us the check or thank you for coming , have a good night NOTHING! We look at the bill and this woman had the nerve to add herself a $10 tip! Sorry but you get no tip for forgetting my sons food and acting like an asshole! Tips are optional and have to be earned! Here’s a tip learn how to treat your customers and fix that crooked ass flag yous have hanging up in your restaurant!

Food is ok & I ordered most of the time in winter time thru Uber but sometimes order is missing some items like the drinks. Have to get money back & cancel item from Uber. I suggest to pick up the order to double check everything you order is there also to avoid Uber driver drop the order in a different address ( happens to me couple times) :( Who ever cooks needs to pay attention into how much salt is used in pork specially in alcapurrias or ground meet & not to over frying the carne frita. (Too crispy) other than that food taste & flavor is ok.

The food was really good. Parking is a little bit troublesome. Planning to visit again.
