Concert night so more crowded, as expected. Food was over priced for what you got. Convenient location to Soldier Field.
I would say it was good but not great. My beer was more expensive than my daughter's rum and coke drink. We split a burger as we were going to the Elton John concert. It was good but not very big. We were seated at a table that had a view of a service area that did not look to be very clean. It served the purpose of getting something to eat before the concert.
Nice location and good vibe. Food was very nice. Beers were good, although it's disappointing that providers of Guiness do no know how to serve it (and they don't here). My only complaint would be that it's a bit pricey for beers (and of course the Guiness fail).
Iâve lived around the corner from this place for years and finally decided it give it a try. It was underwhelming. We ordered 3 burgers and after about 40 minutes only 2 came out. It was busy enough but there were empty tables and enough staff in the front of house. Waitress came over to acknowledge she forgot to drop my orderâ no problemâ she was super nice about it. I didnât ask for anything to be comped, they didnât offer. Again, no problem, things happen and I wasnât rushed. My order finally came out 15 minutes later. Despite being advertised as a premium burger spot my $23 burger had less flavor than your average $12 chain burger. 3 below average burgers took 50 minutes and $100 pre tip. Hard pass on this place.
We went here before a concert and did not have a good experience. Our table was in a bad spot surrounded by foot traffic. We waited over 45 minutes for our food after ordering but never got it. We had to ask the server to check on it and ended up needing to leave so we werenât late for the concert. Server was rude and barely apologized. We also noticed a table being horribly over served - not fun to experience. Additionally, the restrooms were a mess. I understand being understaffed but there were a lot of missed opportunities here. Wonât be back!
Delicious burgers and Beers!
Disappointing- burgers are overpriced for the quality. At $18 for a mediocre burger one at least expects French fries.; instead that was another $6! Service was slow as it seems there was only 1 server for 10-15 tables. Also found it loud and difficult to have a conversation. Will not go back.
The burgers were great, but our meals took over an hour to come and the fries were cold.
Great spot, great food, great service. Forgot it was Taste of Chicago and they still got us in. Burger was amazing!
