Good food and many different varieties as well. Service is good.They got tacos as well
Cant complain about the price, large selection of food. My favorite is the shrimp bit it really depends on the timing you get there. Sometimes food might be cold, if not then dry and hard to eat. I think they have multiple cooks as same food does taste different day to day. The staff is nice and hard working. Onlly suggestion for the company is please make sure food is warm and replenish as needed.
I like the food but what I don't like is that when they open the Mongolia area is not ready and the guy that does the cooking has to be rude about when we ask at what time does that area open but other then that the food is fresh and hot
I have eaten at this establishment over the years and have found the environment quite endearing. However, today I went to Buffet City to eat with my family and about 45 minutes in with my 2nd plate I started to develop a reaction to my food. Mind you I am not allergic to anything as per my doctor, but I had started to develop rashes across my face, throat, and stomach. Initially I had voiced my concern to my children and brought up how strange the feeling was. I thought that the feeling was just coincidental as an odd taste with one of the shrimp I had eaten coincided with the feeling - almost as if it had been spoiled. That was until my symptoms had become more pronounced and my rashes had reddened alongside my right eye swelling considerably. It was then that we stopped eating and brought the situation to the attention of the staff. Where they had been somewhat dismissive stating that we couldn't get a refund as the hour had gone by (which had done so just as we had brought up the issue) alongside saying that if the food were really bad then there would have been more complaints. To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement, as my children were considerably concerned of my condition and appalled to eat the food anymore. My older son also took it upon himself to drive me to get treatment for my physical reaction afterward. All this to say that I can not recommend eating at Buffet City in good faith because of the response to my situation, my concern with the state of the food, and the worried faces of my children to my condition.
The stir fry was ok , but salty and over seasoned.The Buffett selections were hugely assorted. The bomb Side is the selections that was supposed to be hot was fridge cold.Upside the atmosphere was friendly , cool ,and not to mention diverse.Take away... WARM UP THE FOOD LET THE STEAM DO IT'S THING!!
Food is so bad here. They undercook everything. Never coming back here ever again. The food was Luke warm, nothing was crispy, all soggy, and blood underneath fried food. Again, never coming back here.
Food is served in styrofoam plates and cups, plastic utensils??? Way too much contamination. This must be a violation, and for what, to save on hiring dish washers?? And how are you gonna be walking around with a trash can in between tables collecting trash? That is super unhygienic. Food is not worth the price ($18+ per person).
This place is so horrible and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go here fist off the dishes are very dirty and they don’t dry them at all they are just sitting there wet and dirty stuck together. Then the food is very hard and old and the waitresses like to ignore you and if you ask a question they are either gonna ignore you or say “idk”. The food is very cold and the waitresses just take your food without asking you if your done. The rice was very hard and discussing. The cups are very dirty and the beverage machines barely work.

The food is AMAZING and the workers there are really nice. wide variety of food. my favorite part is where you can make your own fried noodles, and they have fresh tacos made in front of you. the fruit was fresh and the seafood was good. i will come back again.
