Friendly waitstaff. It was super dead so we sat ourselves. The peppy music was strange because everyone eating in that restaurant honestly seemed depressed. But hey… We enjoyed it!Listed happy hour on their digital menu but didn’t say what drinks so we ended up ordering two that didn’t qualify and paying $22 when we thought it’d be $12.
I would leave 0 stars is possible. NEVER COME HERE. We ordered 3 beers only one came out. Then the server came to say last call was done early so he couldn't bring out the other two.. like how does that make ANY sense. They eventually came out with an AWFUL pour. They had to go back and redo them. Our order was messed up and the server tried to blame us! After everything they STILL got the check wrong. We paid for something they told us was going to be removed. This has been by far THE WORST experience I have ever had in the resturant industry. I will NEVER step foot into this establishment. Can't even do their jobs correctly.Adding: No appetizer plates where brought. The blue moon came without the orange slice, no water was provided, no ketchup or mustard was brought to the table. They couldn't even get the basics right.
The service this day was terrible. Upon ordering our appetizer and then meal our server took 30mins to bring out a salad. This server does not bring my burger at the same time and stated “the kitchen usually mistakes a salad for an appetizer and the burger will be out in 2 minutes.” This server was also eating behind the counter and another 20minutes went by and still no burger. My friend also asked her for a water and the server was on her phone and talking to her coworkers. The burger finally came out and Took the food home. This server also got mad because we did not leave a tip! This was the worst service ever!
Wonderful taste. But the service is very slow and not appropriate.
I often come here to eat and watch games(basketball,football,UFC) with my friends. Place is amazing and always busy. Staff is great and provides excellent service. Service is slow at a time considering the place is really huge. Great place for sports lovers to have some cold ones with their friends. I love their BOGO boneless wings offer on Thursdays with wide variety of flavours. Usually it is easy to get a table but on Thursday and on weekends, i would suggest to reserve table in advance.
Where do I even begin. The service was dry and cold. Our waitress took our drink orders, and my coke was brought only 30 minutes later. The rest of my families drink orders had to be canceled, because it had already been 40 minutes and our waitress had never stopped by to bring drinks or give any updates. After 50 minutes, and one to many “one second” later, our food was brought. We had ordered 30 traditional wings and there about 5 boneless in the mix. She brought no napkins, no plates, no ranch, no vegetables, and no silverware. Not to mention, there was about 5 tables with people. It was not even busy. Would never go here again and never recommend it.
Ordered online for pick up. I ordered 30 wings with 4 different flavors they pilled all the wing in one box together, separated by parchment paper. Which caused all the wing to be mixed together. The chicken salad had only five pieces of chicken, hardly no cheese and they put the salad dressing in the box with the salad with no top so it spilled on the salad which made it soggy. I ordered two large potatoes wedges which they had very little in each box. I would not order to go from here they don’t care how they give it to you.
The wings and loaded tots were great.
I enjoyed the hospitality of our host Lola! She was incredibly attentive to the guest, engaging, and knowledgeable of menu specials. I often walk a facility before dining and this day was no different. I was happy to find clean bathrooms and main dining hall. The sidewalk was properly cleared of snow and no trash was visible. This Lincoln Park location proved to be a hidden gem and one I plan the frequent more often.
Came here yesterday to order food for my birthday. The girl at the front was nice but clearly stretched thin. After waiting 20 minutes in my car I came back to check if my order was ready and she said it might take another 5 minutes so I returned to my car. I had told here I have my blinkers on and didn't want to leave my car because the police were circling outside giving people tickets since it's all paid parking outside. I came back again after 7 minutes and she was no longer at the front. At that point two other customers came in and started waiting. I waited there for 10 minutes still she didn't come back so I left to my car to circle the block again. I came back in and both customers were still waiting and still no sign of the front desk girl. She's been gone over 20 minutes now which makes absolutely no sense. The one customer now was complaining to the bartender and I left to move my car again. When I was circling for the fourth time I find out there's a parking lot for buffalo wild wings as well as Aldi in back which she never said anything about even though she knew I was parked in front waiting. So I parked in the lot and grabbed my ticket which needs validation and head back to the restaurant. At this point she has my food and was looking for me at the front door which I said now I need the ticket validated and we go inside and she did. Unfortunately this as well as the buffalo wild wings in the brickyard have been horrible experiences and won't be going to any in the city again. Also the food was overcooked and cold when I got it after waiting an hour.
