While Very decent & unimpressive looking from the outside, I found the food I ordered to be crazy good. I had the Atlantic Salmon Eggs Benedict with house potatoes (never have I ever had such good house potatoes before!). The waitresses that were taking care of me were super nice and friendly and the food came out really quickly & as written, tasted amazingly good. Full recommendation!?????
Burrito was flavorful and satisfying. Arizona co-eaters all gave thumbs up for their food. They are finicky. Very pleasent server. Very good overall!

This restaurant was recommended to us by my daughter who recently moved there for a job. We knew it would be good because they enjoyed it so much when they went. Wow!! The service, menu, food and prices were top notch ! Highly recommend and will definitely good back next time we are in town.
What a fantastic spot, good friendly service, awesome breakfast, kid friendly. Love the menu! They serve intelligentsia coffee. We had supreme chorizo hash and Diego’s chicken sandwich, both were fantastic, we will definitely be back
First time in Chicago, and I was looking for a breakfast spot. I ended up ordering from this place and I the chicken and waffle and Paris omelette. Man, was I satisfied with what I ordered. The chicken was moist and the omelette was perfect. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
We have spent a lot of money there buying more than one entree the previous time we were there.She said she couldn’t seat us two at a table with 4 chairs even though there was no one waiting after us. After that we left.We already spent close an hour waiting.Also she told us we couldn’t wait inside for a table. We are two senior citizens and didn’t appreciate any of this. Needless to say we won’t be back, also the restaurant two blocks away got our $50 sale today and was much more accommodating.

This is our go to breakfast whenever we are too lazy to cook or have family/friends in town. We have tried a variety of their dishes and they all tasted amazing - I especially enjoyed their chilaquiles. Their service is usually super quick as well, so you don't spend a lot of time wasted on breakfast and can get on with the rest of your day's activities.
The Breakfast House is such a family delight. Service, space and food is outstanding. Came in for Sunday breakfast and was seated and served with a welcome smile. Coffee from Intelligentsia is delish and bold. Ordered the chicken and waffles and traditional Eggs Benedict. Would highly recommend either to share. The waffle is light and crunchy, chicken so crisp and tasty. The space welcomes families and really moves entrees out without feeling rushed. Will be back to Breakfast House to try out other dishes.
