Service has started to change for the worst.Ordered for pick-up, they don't track with a name or phone number. Where's Waldo to find your order. Just picked-up an order clearly states no beans, made it home thru traffic to find it has beans. Called and they argued it's impossible and won't start remaking order until I return it, then and only then will they remake our order while we wait. Not to mention instead of eight empanadas we only received one. Now I know why this place seams to be empty every time. Great customer service!!!
Yes, they have specials. Steak or Grilled Chicken, you'll love it not only cause is under 10 bucks but cause is filling and delicious.
Rotisserie chicken is tender and full of flavor. One of my go to spots for sure.
Finally stopped on my way home from work to check out this place who has $7.95 carne asada or quarter chicken specials advertising on the windows. I always see people entering and leaving with bags of food constantly, and I'm only watching this as I sit at the stop light at Irving Park and Elston for like 2 minutes. So glad I stopped and tried it! I thought it was a typical Mexican restaurant but boy was I mistaken. It's a fabulous authentic Columbian restaurant! I've never had Columbian food and boy was it delicious.
The attention was top shelf, the teste was amazing, the staffing very very friendly. If I gotta drive every day for a special I would do it… lol I dont got car now. ??♂️You gotta try this place ‘whoever’ reading. ??Theeeee best COLOMBIAN TESTE ever in Chicago. They just got me so hooked‼️ I can feel totally fooled by them and not care about… ?
They make my favorite whole chicken! The only one I literally crave! My only complaint from this being a five star review is the Arepa. It is always a disappointment being way too dry and way too stiff. The green salsa that they give you is my favorite as well! It has the best flavor and just the right amount of spice.
Food was great but the quality just drop around covid and prices get higher... I order over the phone and when arrived to pick up my order restaurant is not enforcing face mask cover ... 3 people waiting for food were not wearing masks
Ahhh empanadas with the corn shell are wonderful. The flat steak and flat chicken dinners can't be beat. Tasty food quick service. All fresh.

Great smiling people at Elston location. They DO want to take care of you!NOT like the one on Montrose. Avoid that one if you can.
