I ordered lunch online and it took just over 2 hours to get my food. I called after 1 hour and they had no clue what was going on and my ordered was never started. Then an hour later when I still didn't have my food I called back and asked to speak with a manager and I was told that they didn't have one working. When I finally got my food they did not include any utensils. This was the first and last time I will order from Brandys.
The Italian beefs and char grilled burgers are very tasty. The French fry portions are generous. I plan to return.I will add photos later
Food is good, but check your order before you leave or before the driver leaves. I've gotten the wrong order or something missing
Neighborhood spot that never misses to hit the spot. Every item tastes great and great quality ! I eat there at least one every two weeks.
Good burger. Tacos were so so. Fast customer service. Tons of people all the time. Fries were ok. Excited to try more.
Decent food. Gyros are good. Also recommend the half chicken dinner and turkey club.
Stopped for a Chicken Gyro meal and it was very good and served promptly. Thought it was a little pricey but would go back again if by there.
Food is amazing!! There's this one lady (I wish I could remember her name) but she's always so nice, I'm serious she will make you feel welcomed and happy that you came. Everytime I have been there she's always been there and always makes us feel like they are greatful that we stopped by. 10/10 for customer service and 10/10 for food and shakes.
Great food. Friendly staff. This is my go to place for when I'm too lazy to make lunch or dinner. The Chicken Gyros is delicious and one of my favorites.
Great place and the best gyros in Chicago. I ordered Gyros plate and shared with my husband and we were full. Will definitely come back.
