The food was decent. I dont expect gourmet food from here. I was not disappointed
food is delicious, but with delivery, etc., price is almost double. Original cost $39.00 with tax, delivery, tip, $59.00; one side was unavailable. Total final cost. $60.00
The service at this location was Terrible and many food items were missing. The muffins were also underbaked. I've been to several Boston markets and this location was the absolute worst.

The general manager Anthony was very unprofessional and rude. I asked if the food was ready and I got a very rude response. I did not see anything that I wanted to order so that's why I asked. I arrived at approximately 11:10 am. I will not be patronizing this Boston Market again. He did not display good customer service at all and I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office.
That Boston Market has been around for years. Always clean, stocked, and friendly staff working.

Eh. It's ok. It's nice to have a break from greasy burgers. Not that well seasoned any more, and I've learned my lesson about stopping in late in the evening. Sides were dried up from sitting in the heat so long. I'd still pick this over McDonalds though. I'll just get my unseasoned chicken earlier in the evening.
3 different orders in 6 months, had issues with all three delivery orders, must be business as usual. No one cares if they screwed up your order, including the manager MaryAnn. Boston Market Hyde Park service is Complete Trash. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Ordered via the website for food, i live 5 minutes away....they sent the food 30 minutes away to a downtown location. Then said it wasn't their fault. Another customer lost.
