The fried chicken and the coleslaw are really good, so we like to come back for that. The staff is generally nice but not that attentive and sometimes it takes really long to get the food.Overall I'd say the food is worth the wait especially since we don't really have it very often.
To begin with, most establishments claim to have spicy dishes but very few actually have a hint of any heat and instead come with a savory sweetness to it.Being Mexican I enjoy a good heat so it came as a pleasant surprise that the Bull Dak definitely delivered. Not only did each mouthful provide beautiful spice but even after I started to need water I kept on eating because it was just that damn delicious and flavorful that I didn't want to stop.My partner had the half and half wings which I also tried. This was my first time having korean fried chicken and I have to say it's definitely unique. It was somehow so crisp and juicy that it provided the perfect blend of crunch and melt.In terms of customer service, the staff was very patient and kind. I took to the bar as we waited for our food and the beer was also quite smooth. 5 bucks for their beer and it was definitely worth it. A good sipping beer that sticks close to that true after work beer feeling.Overall, will definitely come back and definitely would love to try dine in. Keep up the fantastic work!
We got the Japchae, Kimchi Bacon House Fried Rice, and Soy Garlic Boneless Wings. I really liked the japchae. It was hot (temperature) and delicious. The glass noodles were very chewy and a bit hard to break. The fried rice tasted great as well but some rice were clumped together and the dish was almost at room temperature. I loved that the bacon was chewy. The soy garlic boneless wings were crispy on the outside and the sauce was ok. I could tell that soy was there but it could be more garlic-y.

Normally when I pick up food from here it’s ready but recently I came in and they told me the food would be ready in 5 minutes. The food took well over 15 minutes. The whole time the staff was avoiding me. Left a bad taste in my mouth. If the food won’t be ready for 15 minutes or if there’s been a mistake just say that. Lying is just plan disrespectful tho
Very disgusting food with exceptionally poor service. The restaurant was completely empty and I waited over 30 minutes for a small order.I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I felt sick for a couple days after, I think the chicken may have been undercooked.

Usually the chicken is sooo good (perfectly tender, meaty, and crispy), but this time, I got the chicken strips and most of them were really thin and grisly/tough. Disappointed because I usually love Bonchon! :(
