This is literally a must visit for chocolate lovers!
Stopped by the window in the side of the restaurant to grab one of their instagram-worth shakes. My friend and I each got different shakes but both were cloyingly sweet and were hard to finish. Flavor profiles were underdeveloped and overshadowed by the sugar content of the drink. Nice for a picture on social media, but the price point and mediocre taste made sure that I won’t be getting one again.
I definitely feel like this is more for "the gram". The first time I went I had their s'more milkshake, which was great! It was really sweet so I had to share with my bf. The second time I went, I tried their PB&J Bomboloni and that wasn't that too impressive. Not a foodie but the donut itself was dry. Flavor not too sweet, which I liked, but wasn't "delicious". Their strawberry cheesecake gelato was better! I like the outdoor seating and going up to a walk-up window to order. Do I NEED to come back? Probably not. If I'm in the area and have a sweet tooth, I'll probably grab a shake or gelato. Overall experience is ?
My sweet tooth led me here. The Bomboloni is an interesting variation of the donut. If you're ever in the West Loop area, check this place out.
My first time and would definitely come back! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had the cookies ‘n cream. Never had a donut like this! Yum! Go try them all.

Good gelato
Great for the gram, bad for your pocket and mouth. I wish I had better things to say but the hype is in the aesthetic and the taste just ain’t all there. The hot chocolate is water based so it tastes like a fancier version of concession stand hot chocolate and the donuts are alright but the ratio of donut to topping is off. They look great and I’d say if you’ve never been then try it but I wouldn’t go back. This a one and done type of place.
