I have order a few time from this place because it's close to my house, and not only one good experience I have so far. My last order was last week, and all of my food was cold, my driving time there is like 5 minutes when I place the order, they said it will be ready in 15 -20 min I got there within that time frame picked up my food, when I got home and tested that my food was cold i called to let them know, the answer I got was... "sorry we are busy so it was prepared a while ago" i ask for a manager and oohh surprise the manager/supervisor only works there on Mondays for a few hours. What kind d of business is that. Not ordering from that place anymore.
1. Asked how we wanted our burgers cooked then cooked them exactly like that. 100% on the money.2. Friendly professional staff... Was expecting them to call our number but hand delivered our food to our table instead. Huh? Cool.3. Pop was low... until we told them the pop was low and then guess what... 300 seconds later it wasn't low at all. All pop flowing like a sweet, colorful river again.4. All food hot and like someone actually cared, a lot, about what we thought about it. Buns heated up, salad neatly stacked on the burgers, fries done right. Steak perfect enough for it to be damned scared of my 13 year old skateboarder and rightly so; caught it and ate it all... Poor sandwich!We didn't throw a single basket away and left the table perfectly clean just like we found it (even though it was busy as hell).
Live, shop, dine and work locally. Ordered Friday evening 02.26.22 and both my husband and I came down with a touch of food poisoning that laid us up all day Saturday.Must have been the condiments produce on our burger, cheeseburger. Our fries looked like they had been sitting since lunch as they were burnt, hard as a rock and no potato inside them. I emailed Saturday morning no response. I called and left my name and number and no response..I emailed again and no response. Previous owner would have been on this immediately. I was not looking for restitution and stated this fact...just wanted to make management.owner aware that there was a potential issue that could go further with other guests. It is almost 1 week now and no response. In this pandemic with so many restaurants closing you would think that this would be a priority. STAY AWAY FROM.
Nice place for Halal Burgers in Niles area. We tried Char burger and chicken sandwich which was really tasty. Since they offer halal options, its a good place for those craving for burgers with zabiha halal options.
Their signature Blazin' Burger was on my want list for so long I'd forgotten why, but I stopped in & ordered one for takeout. Everyone is properly masked and customer service is good. I asked what's on the blazin burger, and the staff told me it had giardiniara on it. I ordered sandwich-only, which came to about $10, customizable with whatever toppings I wanted, if I wanted grilled onions, how I wanted the burger cooked. I had my made-to-order burger in under 10 minutes. The burger was outstanding! It was nighttime and I was on the go, so I didn't take a picture, but it was so good and I ate it so fast, there was hardly any time for that! It's a good excuse to get it again.
Blaze-N-Grill is so amazing. Food here was great and phenomenal. I ordered and tried their double cheese burger. It was so tasty, meaty, delicious, and all the ingredients inside the burger is so fresh and new. It is so worth it to try and very flavorful. Prices here are fair, reasonable, and most of their food are affordable. Their menu is so huge, lots of comfort foods, and all of it is can satisfy your cravings. I really enjoyed everything at this place. Their employees are very decent, friendly, nice, and professional. They all know how to do their work properly and how to treat their customers so well. They will greet you once you enter the place. They will assist and guide you to the vacant spot for you to sit. Very personable staff. All of their food was made to perfection. Also they serve it so quick. Will definitely come back again soon when I am nearby. Really want to explore more of their food on the menu. Also to try their new introduce food. I ordered the Philly here. Not enough meat and the green peppers and onions were cut too big and overpowered each bite. The veggies should complement the abundant meat in a Philly. Not the other way around.
I’m from Michigan, I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was very good. Prices are fair, burger was huge and very flavorful. My friends enjoyed everything too, and also staff was very friendly! Definitely recommend.
Food was great. Very quick service and food was piping hot as well.Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place. If you’re in Chicago or stopping at the airport, make sure to try this spot.
