No need to travel downtown for SOME GOOD @$S CARAMEL POPCORN!!! My 1st visit was awesome and very welcoming! They gave a run down of all items with prices and showed what was new and what was popular! That Chicago Fire popcorn was different but delicious not too much heat. Hell all the flavors are awesome great portions. The turtles are to die for as well!
I'm surprised I haven't posted sooner. I have been going to Bitoys since they opened years ago. Always to pleasure to be greeted and they always have what I want from many delicious gelato options to my spicy sweet cheese popcorn! Layla is the best and always look out for me. We will always continue to support her and Bitoys sweet treats!
Hands down the best popcorn in Chicago (and that’s saying alot!). Great customer service. Great with shipping out of state too. Still has the familial mom and pop feel with a great product to match. I make sure to stop here each time I’m in town and the owner, Layla, always makes me feel welcome. Sweet Cheese is the favorite. ?

Today was my first time. Heard of establishment from Leanna Hill. Customer service was friendly, explained the different flavors and very welcoming. Love the variety of popcorn and gelato flavors. Also received a giant Turtle as gift. So good. Ate it driving home. Will definitely be back. Must try that strawberry cheesecake flavor gelato. Thank You
The best!! I love the turtles Like absolutely loveee!❤️❤️ The strawberry lemonade is the bomb. The lemon gelato omgg & I can not leave out the sweet cheese popcorn. It’s cheese & Carmel on onekernel. Never ever had it like that before but it’s amazing. If you have a love for sweets this is a must have-must try- must do! I’m not even exaggerating.
Customer service wasn’t great. Came to the established per a recommendation but I was disappointed with lackluster energy. However, items purchased (gelato and popcorn) were satisfactory.
