This place used to be really good but not anymore. If you’re looking for consistency and quality, then I suggest you look elsewhere. The 4 tacos I just ordered have two corn tortillas and hardly any meat inside. All I taste is onion and tortilla. I got zero salsa and 3 napkins. Also ordered rice and beans and they taste old. My last two orders were very disappointing. I used to like them so much that I ordered about once every week or two. Doubt if I’ll order from here ever again though after my last 2 experiences.
We got late night delivery of food from here through Uber Eats. The nachos supreme were tasty. The chips and queso and the 32 ounces of Margaritas were excellent. The tacos were good. I was pleased we could find quality late night Mexican nearby.
We did delivery from here. The three stars are for the lack of accuracy in the food delivered. We were missing a few items & the tacos while the quantity was correct, the actual order was incorrect.The taco itself was a solid taco. I wish I could have tried the other ones I ordered but the chicken was good.
This place Big Wig Tacos is amazing!! The service was really something, we came in from Minnesota and these guys just came through for me and my girl. They looked out for us when we needed great food at a great price. Thank you guys!!
Whack. Paid $18.29 for a burrito bowl with extra steak and extra chicken. Only got chicken...and it wasn't extra. If y'all see extra chicken or any steak in this joint lemme know. Maybe I'm tweakin lol not worth the wait or price. The little chicken I got though does have a nice flavor. I like the green sauce too, as I don't really rock with many spicy or hot foods or sauces.
Absolutely the place to be for lunch and after hours! Tacos steak, chicken and chorizo are my absolute favorite! Customer service is out of this world! I am a daily regular so take my word for it! Especially the margaritas it’s my pick me up after work I love it!
I ordered a roast burrito and the Hera lettuce burrito because it had nothing. It didn't weigh anything. It looked like picadillo and fence that I ate roast burritos but this one had neither rice nor beans for the price. I think they can improve it
They have very poor customer service. Or should I say no customer service.On 2-16-22 I called their location on 2490 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60647. I wanted to ask a question if their vegetarian foods are cooked in the same utensils as their meat products? I could not reach anyone. Their voice options just repeat the same message.I emailed them and no response.This company does not believe in customer service. Take your money elsewhere.
You guys don't have a phone number that will transfer you to any human. It's just recordings of phone numbers to your delivery apps (information any one can look up) you also have it listed in postmates as "tacoS" and not "ONE SINGULAR TACO" so me ordering my first meal of the day after working all day I wasn't really paying attention and assumed I had ordered....well "tacoS" only to find out that they are individual.... so not sure why we pluarlized that... also someone who can't eat cheese doesn't have the option to make those modifications on your delivery apps so trying to contact literally anyone about this was not an option. Overall will never be ordering from here again
